Edmund's POV:
Y/N had said she hated me about 50 times and I had fought the urge to cry. I had missed her so much that I didn't realize that she didn't have me for hundreds of years. She had calmed down and was sitting on a rock in silence. Lucy noticed that the ruins were once Cair Paravel. Y/N looked up at me and her eyes softened. She looked so beautiful I couldn't keep my eyes off of her. She stood up and walked towards me. I stepped forward hoping she had forgiven me. She grabbed my hand and my face got red. She got awfully close and I could feel her breathe on my neck. I flinched a little but I thought that maybe she was making a move. So I stood there, but to my surprise she yanked her bow and arrow out of my hand and began to make her way back to the rock.

"What did I do!" I yelled at her fighting the urge to run to her and tell her how much I missed her and how much I lo-
My thought was cut off when Peter found an entrance. I helped him open a tomb looking thing and Peter broke the door. It fell over, but I could tell the wood was already rotting away.

Y/N walked up to me and she had a hurt look in her eyes. "It's not what you did, it's what you didn't do." Everyone looked at Y/N in confusion. I understood completely and I cupped her face in my hands. " I'm so sorry I left you- I-" Y/N wrapped her hands around me and pulled me in for a hug. Everyone apologized for leaving. "It's none of your faults for leaving." She said wiping her tears. "It's our own. I'm sorry." I squeezed her hand and she looked up at me. All of a sudden Peter spoke. "Y/N what happened?" Peter ripped off a piece of his under shirt and wrapped it around a stick he had picked up.

Y/N POV:
I turned to Peter and sighed. "The Telmarines. They attacked us and let's just say they won. Basically Narnians are extinct. Or that's what the Telmarines think." I looked at all their faces and they all looked down at their feet in shame. "Hey it's not your faults" I said ruffling Edmund's hair. Peter looked over at us and a smile crept across his face. "Don't suppose you have any matches, do you?" Peter said jokingly. Edmund opened his bag and pulled out a torch(flashlight). ".....would this help? Edmund held it out for Peter. "You could have mentioned that a bit sooner." Peter said while laughing. We all couldn't help but smile and I turned to look at Edmund who had an innocent smile on his face.

Edmund's POV:
'oh god she's looking at me, why am I smiling like that.' I led the way with my torch, down the dark staircase. Soon there was a sliver of light peeking behind a corner. Y/N ran in front of me brushing her hand against mine. I flinched and my face got red. Lucy ran ahead as well and she looked over into a circle of chests. "I can't believe it, it's all still here," Susan said looking around in awe. Me and my siblings ran over to our chests and opened them. Lucy held a dress up to her and she poked at the fabric. "What is it?" Susan looked up. "My horn....I must have left it on my saddle the day we went back." Peter walked over to his chest and opened it grabbing his sword which I was admiring. "When Aslan bares his teeth, winter meets its death." Peter said. Lucy spoke up, "When he shakes his mane.....we shall have spring again." Y/N put a hand on Lucy's shoulder and she held her close. "Everyone we knew.....Mr. Tumnus and the Beavers....they're all gone." She burried her face in Y/N stomach. She glanced over at me and a tear fell down her face. I wanted to wrap my arms around her and tell her I would protect her with my life. Now was not the time.

Peter began to speak, "I think it's time we find out what's going on."

Hey I hope you enjoyed this chapter. It was a bit longer and I thought it was kinda cute. I have a little surprise for you all in the next chapter ;)
