Alena

By the time I wake up, the infirmary was full. I see Peter next to me holding my hand. I smile at him and squeeze his hand. He looks at me from the door and gives me a reassuring smile. I'm in a room, and Peter's in his Spider-Man suit. His mask is off.

"Hey Pauk-shchenok," I tell him. He looks at me confused to the sudden convert to Russian. "I am not going to give you a translation. Pauk-shchenok. But trust me, it's not a bad name," I laugh. He smiles at the floor and nods.

"Ok well, what languages do you know?" Peter asks me. I sigh. Looking at the ceiling I list off the languages I know. "Russain, English, Spanish, Latvian, Greek, Ancient Greek, Latin, French, Chinese, Italian, German, Dutch, Hindi, Arabic, Korean, Portuguese, Japanese, Bengali, Hungarian, Romanian, Swedish, and Gibberish." Peter's eyes widen. I laugh a bit. But I feel a sharp pain in my temple.

"That's a.... lot. How do you remember it all?" Peter wonders aloud. I shrug.

"I was forced to learn it. It is easier to memorize something when you get death threats if you do not. I may not exactly be happy with the death threats, but I like being able to switch languages. It is fun. But Russian was what my mom always talked with me in. English was my second language," I explain. Peter looks down.

"I'll go ask Will for him to check on you. I'll see you in a second, lyubov." I couldn't tell what language he was speaking even if it sounded almost identical to a Russian word. But I just can't place it. He pulls his mask over his head and walks out the door. Apparently, the DIA doesn't know his identity.

He comes back in a few seconds, and by then I had an idea of what language Peter had spoken.

"How many languages do you know, Pauk-shchenok?" I add the last part teasingly, but he and a blond boy I have never seen before who I'm guessing is Will, walks into the room. Peter takes his mask off with a smirk.

"That is information I am not going to tell you, lyubov," Peter smirks, and I roll my eyes smiling.

"Ummmm hello? Ok, now your vitals seem to be secure, but the only thing I'm worried about is that your head isn't exactly healed," Will tells me.

I roll my eyes. "I have been through worse and no downtime. I will be fine."

"You may have been through worse, but since there is no way we can heal you in time, we can't use nectar or ambrosia since you aren't a half-blood. You have water powers right?" Will asks me. He changes the bandage on my head as we speak.

"Yes, but I do not know if it can heal me. But I guess I never will know unless we try now," I try to feel for any water close by, and I find it. I will it to come towards me, and in an instant, I douse my head in it. I can feel the pain in my head go away. I start to feel a tingling in my head and put the water back where it came from.

I feel my head, and it's not wet. I could hear Will whispering to himself as he rifles through papers, "Is she a demigod?" Seconds later he turns to me, and asks, "do you know your dad?" I nod.

"Yes, it is Tony Stark," I reply. Will's eyes open wide.

"Well, you're a legacy. Meaning you have godly blood running through your veins. Not a lot, but still some. One of your parents is most likely a son or daughter of a God. Your sister I'm unsure, but possibly it is from the other parent. I can release you now, but-," I cut Will off.

"I wish to see my sister and father, so I would appreciate it if you could help me get this equipment out, so I can fulfill those wishes." We take out the equipment, and when I stand up from the hospital bed, Peter is there to catch me when I stumble. I smile up at him. He puts his mask on and he and Will leave as I change into a pair of white jeans, and a blue sweater. I have my mask in my pocket folded compactly, but I don't think I'll need it. I put on my bracelet that Allison had given me. Apparently, it's an emergency combat suit that I can use at any time. I walk out of the room and am ambushed by my sister.

"Alena! It's a rather good thing that you're okay because I was going to worry," Allison tells me. I roll my eyes at her, and we hug. Then I grab Peter's hand, and Allison walks beside us as we make our way out of the hospital area of the DIA and into the main area.

"So I want to go down a few houses to this place that found out Thor went to, not that I'm stalking him or anything, but I want to check it out. Our step-mom, Pepper is running with dad, and we are supposed to go home but....," Allison trails off. I roll my eyes at my twin's behavior.

"You want to go visit this house that you do not know who lives there dangerous or not?" I say to her.

"Your accent makes me feel more guilty now let's go before Happy realizes that we aren't in the car," Allison says running out the front door. I don't follow any further than out the door, but I laugh at my sister a bit.

"I should probably get back to May. I'm sure she's worried. But I'll most likely see you tomorrow. Or are you not allowed to go to school?" Peter seems to want a specific answer, but I can't tell him because I am unsure myself.

"Either way, you will definitely see me tomorrow. Now go to May she's probably worried sick. Plus the field trip is today, and if you don't get on the bus soon, they will leave without you. As much as I do not want you to go, you need to since you need to go off the map for a few days, or at least a place where the Red Room will not find you. I will try and visit you as much as I can, but I need to go off the grid. Now, go enjoy yourself you deserve a vacation, especially some time away from me," I smile at him, and hug him. I break away first. "Bye Pauk-shchenok," I say to Peter as I wave, and he does the same.

He jumps on the ceiling and is about to go until he hangs down on a web. "I don't need a vacation from you, but I'll miss you until I get back on the 20th remember that. Goodbye lyubov," Peter says, and is about to go, but I stop him. I pull down his mask to his nose, and we kiss. I can feel him tense for a second, but then he starts to kiss back. I smile a bit. We break apart, and he pulls his mask back. "I'll miss you lyubov."

"And I you Pauk-shchenok." And with that Peter leaves, and I turn around feeling my tingling lips. I look up to see Allison, looking at me with a 'really' expression on her face. I roll my eyes at her, and we break out laughing. It feels good to let loose. I look behind me and see that Spider-Man is gone. I turn around just in time to see a Hulk falling from the sky, and into a house on the street. I look at Allison, and we put our masks on and press the bead on our bracelets. We break out running for the house.
