Saix brushed an imaginary speck of dust off his coat and turned to Laxh. "Today your assignment will be carried out with Luxord. Pack extra potions, the heartless in question is a monster."
"Yes, sir." Laxh said. She looked around the room. Only a few people hung around in the grey area. Demyx struck a few cords on his sitar and Xaldin "humphed".
"Don't waste time, please." Saix added.
Laxh nodded.

The giant heartless banged on top of Laxh as Luxord made his cards dance. Wonderland spinned in Laxh's head and everything grew dim. She barely lifted her battle-axe over her head. The heartless stared with empty yellow eyes at the tiny figure that was trying to keep her balance.
Laxh breathed heavily and gave one last attack at the monster. Her battle-axe grew very red and almost burned in her hand. She took a step back, and jumped. Her weapon flew from her hands and the crimson ribbon tied around it grew to wrap around the heartless. Laxh sliced and closed her eyes. The heartless was dead.
Laxh fell from the place in the sky were the heartless was, and landed in Luxord's arms, unconscious.

The next time Laxh opened her eyes she was back in the castle. "Hey there, look who's awake." Luxord said. "You passed out after smashing the heartless. If I hadn't been there this would have been your last hand, though. Be more careful next time, aye?"
Laxh shook the dizziness from her head. "Yes, sir."
Luxord gave her a friendly pat on the back. "Remember, kid. A player that stays strong even to the last round, doesn't need to bluff."
Laxh looked at him and tried to sort out what that ment. "Okay....."
