𝘊𝘩𝘢𝘱𝘵𝘦𝘳 15

That continuous morning Irene laid in bed with the covers up to her chest with her arms across the bed. She woke up about half an hour before her alarm would ring so she laid and thought about scenarios of what would happen at school.

The scenarios bring memories of what happened the previous day. "Why did I slap her?" but instead of holding onto guilt she ended up telling herself "she deserved it especially with all of her provoking" even one side of her brain told her that Y/n had a reason to provoke her but she pushed that though aside quickly after her alarm rang.

She groaned as her hand wandered around until she felt a slightly cold object and tapped the device until the sounds of beeping weren't heard. She rolls her body over and opens her eyes once again and gets out of her bed cocoon.

It was the third day Y/n woke up like this. Waking up more tired and agitated and somewhat hungry. She rubs her head as she downs the water bottle she kept on her bedside table the night before.

The reason she's woken up for the third day like this was because she told her parents that she was.....confused. Her parents asked her what she meant by confused and she answered quietly "sexually" and unfortunately for her they understood.

Ever since her parents pressured her more than before, they definitely weren't anymore happy when they found out she had a 82 in her science class but fortunately her sister Yoona would work not many night shifts anymore and be at home on time to help her with her work.

As she relaxes in the shower taking in the steam she realizes she'll be home alone tonight which makes her slightly happy. Well her and Yoona will be home alone since their parents are going to a business trip for about four days. She gets out the shower and dries off and heads to her dresser. Y/n knew her friends were worrying about her she could even but she didn't want them to react like her parents did or even be concerned in the first place.

She remembers the girl's words before the incident happened after school. "Well I'm gonna be at my dads house to see my step siblings" Seulgi has said "I'm happy I get to go to see my grandma in Thailand but J won't be at school to tomorrow since that's when the plane leaves" Lisa has stayed and the rest said they had evening dinner plans with family members and going out of town for other reasons. While Irene couldn't be available because of a date with Chanyeol and Y/n rolls her eyes at the thought.

Y/n walks into school with a black shirt with baggy dark blue jeans held by a belt with a yellow jacket and white sneakers. She rubs her eyes feeling slightly more awake making her way to her locker as she sees Hani. "Hey Y/n-ssi~" the girl said with aegyo tied to her voice. "Ah hey Hani" Y/n responds smiling but the smile slightly fades when she sees the familiar head of the small elder beauty. When Joohyun turned around her eyes went from happy to sad to mad in the matter of like 2.35 seconds if possible. "What's wrong?" Hani said trying to look for what she was paying attention to "Nothing Nothing".

Hours of school past by seconds turning into minutes which turned into hours. Lunch was not so bad since Y/n ended up making a lie and going to up to on the roof top with Yeri and Joy. When Joohyun had her classes with Y/n she would avoid all eye contact or contact in general, did Irene think of apologizing? Of course she did but would she do that because of her self confidence? No of course she wouldn't.

Even when the rest of their friends would hang around in the hallway both girls would find all ways to avoid each other. Even the other members who didn't witness what happened the day before were suspecting something was up but decided not to bother neither one of them.

It was after lunch is a half empty hallway when Joohyun was walking to her locker. As she hummed quietly she heard someone's voice but it surely wasn't familiar "Hey Joohyun!" She turns around to see Hani. "O-Oh um hey Hani" Irene says with a smile. "I just wanted to ask...is there anything between you and Y/n?" Hani asks with innocent eyes but slight mockery in her voice. With a moment of silence Irene finally slips a fake smile and replies "No I have a boyfriend" she says and bows and makes her way to her locker nonchalantly.

That afternoon Y/n slammed her locker with a relieving sigh knowing that she can finally go home. As she makes her way to the schools exit she sees Jisoo and Jennie with Irene. She wanted to sneak out of school from the backdoors without any conversation but failed "Yah Y/n!" she sighs heavily with makes her way to her elders.

"Hey" Y/n says quietly with a smile getting waves and smiles from Jensoo but gets a slight smile and nod from Irene. "Well me and Jennie have to go I'm gonna drop her off at the airport bye!" Jisoo says taking Jennie's hand and walking away.

Irene and Y/n stand with distance from each other for a few minutes and Irene takes a few glances at the taller girl seeing her appearance and her eyes soften slightly when she saw tiny eye bags under the girl's eyes. Once she tried to make conversation her words were replaced by a ding from her phone 'Chan ; remember baby 8'o clock ;)'

She smiles looking at the messages and with turning around she sees Y/n making her way to her car and with the shake of the head she did too.
