Your POV

"Hey (Y/N)!"

You were awoken from your sleep to see Eren and Mikasa, walking over to your bed.

"Oh, hey guys." You sat up.

"Wow, you look like shit." He laughed, and Mikasa hit him on the shoulder, scolding him and whisper shouting "Eren!"

"I feel like shit." You chuckled as you returned a smile to your friend. "How about you?"

"Oh, we're doing fine. We lost a lot of horses though. Stopped here to borrow some."

"I see. Hey, where's Armin?" You looked around to see that he was not there.

"He went to get you some clothes to change into. You're being released today."

"Ugh, finally!" You threw your hands in the air, yelling "Thank god!"

"I can tell you probably didn't like it here then." He laughed.

"Who likes laying in bed all day?" He laughed again in response.

Armin walked into the tent, holding a pile of folded clothes. "Good morning (Y/N). I brought you some clothes." He rested them on your bedside.

"We'll let you get dressed.", said Mikasa, and your friends got up and went outside.

As you changed into your uniform, you thought about your friends, and how good they have been to you. Putting on your jacket, you walked outside, taking a deep breath of the fresh air.

Armin walked up to you, smiling softly. "And what was your dream about today?"

"Unfortunately, I didn't have one." You chuckled slightly and you and Armin walked up to your group of friends.

Today was chore day. Captain Levi had gathered everybody up, assigning them different jobs. When it came to be your turn, you were assigned to find firewood with Eren.

"As if we didn't do this enough when we were little", he said, searching the floor for sticks. You both laughed.

Halfway through gathering the wood, Eren stopped you. "Hey (Y/N), I have something to tell you."

"What is it?" You could see the evil smirk on his face.

"I found out..."

"What? What did you find out?" You became more and more interested.

"That..." He purposefully slowed down his speech.

"Tell me Eren!" You laughed and playfully hit his arm.

"Ahaha ow! Okay then." He rubbed his arm.

"Armin likes you, (Y/N)", he said in a singsong voice.

Wait, what?

"Uh...I don't think I heard you correctly. Could you repeat that?" I lightly hit my ear.

"You heard me correctly." He giggled while grabbing firewood.

You were dumbfounded. Armin likes you?

"Um..." Without really responding, you simply turned towards the firewood, wide eyed.

"Well?" Eren's voice was expectant. "Aren't you going to say anything?"

"Well I-" I was cut off as Eren jumped and covered my mouth with his hand. "Hey!", I yelled, my voice muffled.
