Hades: Poseidon read about this great idea where two demigod children, one Greek, one roman, of each of the twelve supreme gods are selected randomly to fight to the death!
Hera: I think I've heard of that book...
Hermes: I love that book!
Zeus: And why should I agree with that? I can zap you out of existence with just a flick of my wrist! *flicks wrist*
(Hades is reduced to a pile of ashes but pops back up again after only a few seconds)
Hades: No, you cannot. That is why we rely on mortals.
Aphrodite: But that means our children slaughtering each other!
Athena: There will be at least twenty three casualties!
Dionysus: it could start another feud between Greek and Roman demigods!
Ares: I LOVE IT!
Zeus: I still don't agree.
Hades: then I turn to you, Zeus' children, friends, brothers. Think of the power!
Ares: POWER!
Hades: Just imagine...
Ares: I'm in!
Aphrodite: Why not?
Athena: Yes, let the wisdom goddess rule for a change!
Zeus: But-
Hera: I don't care! I want to be queen!
Zeus: You already are queen!
Hera: No! I married into this family! It's not the same!
Aphrodite: *charmspeaks* We love the idea!
Demeter, Hades, Poseidon, Hera, Dionysus, Athena, Apollo, and Ares: We love the idea!
Zeus, Hermes, Artemis, and Hephaestus: NO!
Apollo: Majority rules!
Zeus: No, majority doesn't rule! I do!
Demeter: Well not anymore!
Athena: Sorry, father. It's a democracy now.
