A few weeks/months have gone by and I've gotten used to everything here at TEMPLETON HIGH. I've made tons of new friends and became best friends with my OG friends. I've even done something I've always wanted to try:

~Join the cheer team~

Cheer practice (in the gym after school)

"Girl, you know I only do grown men. I'd never date a highschool boy. Too immature." Valeria stated as we did our stretches to get ourselves ready for after school cheer practice.

I've never been in a cheer team before. This was my first time. The reason for that is because of the way they've been portrayed as a female sport, but lucky for me this schools cheer team is very diverse and has some guys in it. There are still more girls than guys, but its a start. I should be more thankful that I at least made it into the team.

"Than if you like grown men I should introduce you to my older brother." I suggested, but she didn't look very interested.

"How old is your brother?" Aniyah asked. "He's 20 turning 21." I answered and Valeria fell from her stretch position. She does that a lot. Not falling, I mean she's very dramatic and tends to have some over the top reactions, but that's one of the things I like about her.

"Wow, he's like perfect." Kiana said whilst giving Valeria a flirty eyebrow lift. "What's his name? How tall is he? What's his type? Is he lactose intolerant? What's his diet? Is he-" Valeria kept asking until Aniyah interrupted her.

"Woah girl, chill. Stop being a creep. It don't suit you, you barley even met the guy." Aniyah said. "Um, dah. Thats why I'm asking all these questions." Valeria said. Valeria was already so dumbstruck over my brother and she hasn't even met him. Little did she know that he wasn't single.

"Sorry to burst your bubble Val, but Jackson is Taken." I said and it didn't really seem to 'burst her bubble' because all she did was go crazy and get exited about his name.

"Oooo, Daddy Jackson." She said with enthusiasm, but the more sensual and salacious type of enthusiasm. Just hearing her say that made me cringe. "Eiew girl, that's my brother." I said and then she began intensifying the way she said his name.

"Zaddy Jackson!!!"

"Telling her his name was a bad idea." Aniyah said. "Yep, she is never going to stop now. Its permanent." Kiana added.

"Yep, I ain't never gone stop." She said, making me question my actions.

We all gathered outside the court, around our cheer coach so that we could listen to all the announcements, but I couldn't focus because we were sharing the gym with the basketball guys and D'andre just so happened to be part of the team.
