Chapter 19

(Bens POV:)

"We need to eradicate the First Order."

"Right now? Wouldn't that be a bit extreme? They are busy with other things and with the time that they are distracted we could be building our fleet," I said staring at the small generals proposal.

"They are distracted," Maz said. "They wouldn't know what hit them. We could end this fast and swiftly."

"We have to fight while we can," Rey said.

I nodded in agreement with Reys statement. The First Order was struggling financially and the galaxy was looking towards the Grey Order now that the Resistance was gone.

"I will start planning an attack," Maz said grabbing a stack of battle plans. "It's time to end this," she said before leaving the room. Rey gave me a sad smile and I smirked.

"Guess we have to train more," I said laughing. "We have to round the padawans up."

"Yeah, I guess we do," Rey said smiling. Rey went down the hall to her quarters and I went to mine. Although we both usually slept on Ach-To, we slept on the command ship when Maz was making battle plans or if we were at danger of attack.

Closing the door to my quarters, I felt a wave of sadness hit me. I was going to send children into war. Natal was in her late pre-teens and Kota was ten. Maybe Kota could stay on the command ship but even then, he would probably sneak off into battle.

"Don't worry about it," I heard a voice say from behind me. "It's hard, but you have to do it. It's the destiny of a true Jedi."

I turned to see Master Luke, very blue I must say. "Master, I'm not a Jedi anymore."

"Yes you are, Rey. The destiny of the Jedi lies within you. You may be part of the Grey Order, but you still were and always will be, a Jedi."

"I don't think I can do it," I said softly.

"Yes you can. You can and you will. This is your destiny, Rey. We all support you."

"We?"

"Your soon to be husband is pacing around his room right now worried about sending you into battle. He is scared to lose you, Rey." Luke said before disappearing.

I don't know why, but I started to walk to Bens quarters. Opening up the door I found that Luke was right. Ben was pacing around the room.

"Rey-" Kylo breathed as he rushed up to hug me.

"I love you," I said into his chest. Ben smiled at that and kissed my forehead. "I can't wait to marry you."

"Neither can I," Ben said lovingly as he picked me up. Spinning around a few times, I was to resort to hanging on for dear life.

"Benny," I said teasing him. "Can you put me down?"

Ben smirked and laid me down on his bed. As he got on top of me, he began to kiss my neck which would most likely leave hickeys.

"Kriff I love you so much," Ben said into my neck.

"I love you too."
