Part 11: Claire

Claire deactivated her ability, just having visited Arlo and his friends. She felt worried for Wellston. John, being an unstoppable monster, wasn't anyone that could be held back. She had to help them somehow...

*Creak*

Claire turned to see her new friend. 

Claire: Hey. Did you do anything this night?

She shook her head, but brought out a vial.

Claire's Friend: No, but I've created something. It's something that could help some of the higher tiers... for your friend John?

Claire sighed. She didn't like to explain her backstory to everyone... it brought back bad memories anyway. 

Claire: Not for him. I need to give it to some people near him so they can beat John. I'm just trying to help them. 

Claire's friend sighed, then corked the bottle and handed it to Claire.

Claire's Friend: Here you go. Use it wisely, 'cause next time you'll have to pay me. I'm just repaying a favor right now. Anyway, gotta go.

Claire smiled and accepted her gift. 

Claire: Thanks, and bye. See you soon.

Claire turned back to what she was doing. She typed furiously on her computer, trying to hack Wellston's cameras. She could monitor John that way.

John.

Just hearing that name gave her shivers, and Adrion still had nightmares about that night, when John destroyed everything. She had expected John to beat all of them. She just wanted to prove a point to John. 

Watch yourself. Your actions can make people you trust stab you in the back.

She wasn't sure how much she hurt John. She had hoped John was watching himself now, but he didn't. Something had happened to make him explode. It was just New Bostin again for Wellston...

Arlo wondered who that person was. He didn't know anyone in the school that could do that, so it must have been a very strong person from outside the school to break through Keene's security measures. It was very unnerving. Someone with that ability could influence students in the school. 

Arlo realized that if he used this person, he could use them in his favor but this person wasn't anyone to be trusted. They could be against him, seeing that they told Arlo that his plan was to fail. They could make John break the deal and stay the chaos in the school. It was best not to mettle with this person.

Remi thought of ways she could defeat John. Obviously having team fights couldn't work. He'd get stronger, getting multiple abilities. 

The green haired girl. It was obvious she didn't like John, saying to beat John. Maybe she could have ways to help them.

Isen: I'VE FOUND HER!

Isen ran into Remi's room and showed her the picture of John's class in New Bostin. 

Isen: This girl! She has green hair the same shade and in the same braids, and she might have been friends with him at this school. It's probably her. 

Remi scanned the girl. Red eyes with medium length green hair. 

Remi: Alright, find as much information as you can on her.
