Look, Val Kilmer totally nailed it: He had the voice and the looks. But he OVER-EXAGGERATED Jim on stage. I cringed
But, I can't blame him too much because what some people and even actors and if I remember correctly one of the band members said it was basically the director's view on The Doors, for a good portion of it (I can't exactly remember I have to see the interview things when I find the CD)
If they did the movie again but with a different director and same actors, yeah it wouldn't be too bad. I still kinda like it but I mean *shrug*.
