"Why didn't you tell me finals would be this hard," Mike complains.

I sit on the bed behind him and wraps my arms around his waist my head resting on his shoulder, "you only have one let, then it's all over."

"I'm glad I have you here," he smiles at me, I kiss his cheek.

"I have to go now," I tell him as I let go of him and stand up.

"Are you sure you couldn't stay?" he asks and pulls me closer by my hips, "and help me stay motivated to study?"

I smile rolling my eyes, "I've got a big meeting with the boys, I have to go to theirs and get ready."

"Not just a little longer?"

"No," he pouts out his lips, "I'll see you tonight."

"See you tonight," he pulls me in for a kiss then lets go. I walk out of his dorm and go downstairs to where the boys said one of them will pick me up. I walk up to the edge of the sidewalk as the car pulls in, I get in and do up my seatbelt. Jonah and I talk until we back to their house, I say hi as I pass the boys and walk upstairs into the bedroom that holds my more business clothes. I pull out a pair of Back jeans, a classy red off-the-shoulder top and red ankle boots.

I walk into the bathroom with my change of clothes in hand, I place the cloths on the bench and play music from my phone. I shower first washing my hair and all those things, I decide to loosely curl my hair and apply a small amount of makeup. I change into the clothes I picked before hearing a knock on the door, "you decent?" Corbyn asks.

"yep," I say hopping up in the bench to do up my boots.

"They're here," he tells me.

"Already?" I ask as I hope down from the bench, "I still think isn't strange that we're having an important meeting in your backyard."

"Come on," He says grabbing my arm and taking me down the stairs.

"What's this for again?" I ask his stopping at the bottom of the stairs, he doesn't respond and leads me into their backyard. I see a piece of paper on the floor, I pick it up and look closer at the scribbled writing on it.

"What's that?" Corbyn asks, his arm no longer linked with mine.

"It's the conversations I had with Mike in class," I answer, confused I ask, "what's this doing here?"

"I put it there," I look up to the voice, Mike standing on the other side of the yard with his old notebook we wrote to each other in class.

"what are you doing here?" I aks him, "this isn't a meeting is it?"

"Nope," Zach replies putting another page of our conversations in my hand.

"There was never a meeting," Jack says handing me another sheet.

"We made it up," Daniel give me another sheet.

"Why?" I ask confused.

Jonah holds out a sheet, I take it from him looking down at the homework sheet for biology with facks about Mike and me in the table, "because there is a guy who wants to spend the rest of his life with you."

"Because you have a sister who went through all your old school stuff for this," Jea says hending me another sheet.

"And her boyfriend," Kyle puts a sheet on the pile.

"I like ice cream so I kept you distracted during the planing," Corbyn says placing a sheet in my hands. I look down and read the beginning of the conversation, it was the last conversation we ever wrote down, before our last exam.

Mike walks up to me and places his notebook open to the back page on the pile in my hand. He turns it over and on the inside of the back cover of the book hast 'October 17th' written among our attempts at drawing. "Will you marry me on the seventeenth of October this year?" Mike asks me taking the pile from my hands and passing it to Kyle.

A smile takes over my face as I nod my head, "yea, I will." He picks me up hugging me tightly, "what was all this for?" I ask him once my feet are flat on the floor.

"I thought you deserved something more than a conversation, especially after everything that happened," he explains.

"I love you, Mike."

"I love you, Jack."

"When where you gonna tell us you're engaged?" I hear from behind me, I turn around already knowing who the voice belongs to.

"Cole," I say giving him a hug.

"Seriously though, why didn't you tell us?" Alec ask.

"I don't know, I guess I just forgot," I receive a hug from him and Dylan before Mine and Mike's parents congratulate us.

"We never really celebrated so I figured this would be their perfect opportunity," Mike tells me, "an engagement party, well more like a save the date party."

Jonah and Zach start up the BBQ and Mike's parents open the champagne. "So why the 17th of October?" Daniel asks.

"That's the day we first met," I reply.

Mike turns to me with a smile, "I wondered if you would remember."

"You are the one who lost their memory, not me," I reply, he rolls his eyes at me and puts his arms around my waist keeping me close by his side.

"Can I be the maid of honour?" Corbyn asks me.

"That's my position," Jea argues then turn to me, "right?"

I laugh at them and change the subject, "so when are you and Kyle gonna tie the knot."

"Next year," Kyle answer, "We wanted you guys to mary first since you were engaged two years before us."

"What about you guys?" Jea asks motioning towards Jonah and Zach.

"Wait until we're engaged to ask that," Jonah replies.

"When are you proposing, Jonah?" Dylan asks.

"yea Jonah," Zach says turning to him, "When you gonna propose to me."

"Before Jack proposes to Daniel," Jonah replies, Daniel and Jack have been joked about being a couple since college.

"May I?" Jack asks motioning towards my left hand.

"Go ahead," I say taking the ring off my finger and giving it to him. Jack gets down on one knee holding up the ring in front of Daniel, laugher erupts through the group.
