Seven: Home

--Jack's POV--

it's late Friday afternoon. Jonah and I don't have classes, Zach and Corbyn are done with heir classes and Jack and Daniel both have classes about now. we decided that today is one of those days were we hook my laptop up to the TV and watch a movie. we decided on watching the original IT.

I'm sitting up at the end of my bed, Corbyn under me on his bed, we're passing a bowl of popcorn between us. Jonah started off leaning in the corner of his bed and Zach was sitting at the end of his bed. Zach would jump every time the clown came up and at one point, he screamed. I had to hide my laughter because it was rather funning but rude to laugh at him. Jonah got off his bed and moved down next to Zach, every time there is a jump scare or the clown pops up, Zach jumps further into Jonah, who now has his arm around him to comfert him. they're so cute together.

seeing as Jonah and I haven't left the room all day, I'm in a large hoodie of his and some loose short shorts that feel like loose underwear. Jonah has no shirt on and in just in a pair of sweats, I swear he never wears a shirt, like even in the dorm. Corbyn and Zach had to get dressed to go to class so they haven't changed out of that.

suddenly, the movie freezes and the tune starts playing from my laptop as a little thing comes up on my scream showing that Jea is trying to Skype me. I jump off the bed slightly falling back on Corbyn but push myself onto my own feet. I wake over to my laptop and click the little camera button before climbing back up onto my bed.

"Aww, they're so cute" Jea coos looking over to Zach and Jonah, they both turn pink but don't move. 

"so what pleasure to do I own this call?" I say dramatically and lay down with my head hanging off my bed.

"mum and dad left for the weekend, I've invited Kyle over and if we get enough people then we can make it their dream home" just as she finishes her sentence, the door swings open revealing Daniel and Jack.

"we're bored" Daniel announces

"don't you two have a class?" Jonah asks letting Zach move away from him slightly

"got cancelled" Jack says with a shrug, I look back at the screen to see Kyle kiss Jea and sit next to her.

"so how many people do you think?" I ask her

"like 8 at least" she replies, well there are 8 people here. my phone starts ringing, I pick it up from beside me and see that Alec is calling me, we've all hung out together a few times. "yep" I say holding the phone to my ear.

"you doing anything? we're done with classes for today an bored" he informs

"bored" I hear Cole drag out the word in the background.

"do you guys have any classes on the weekend?" I ask and idea sparking in my mind.

"uh, no we don't" Alec replies

"Okay, come over I have an idea that will take up the whole weekend" 

"Okay, we're coming" the phone line goes dead and I realise the room went silent.

"we might have 11 people to help," I say slightly smirking. after a few minutes of silence and the door opens as Alec, Cole and Dylan walk in. "does everyone in this room want to help renovate a whole house in two days?"

"that's a stupid idea, I'm in!" Cole says and everyone agrees

"how are we going to fit everyone in?" Jea questions

"eh, we'll work it out" I wave it off and jump off my bed, I end up falling right next to Corbyn.

"if you want to come now I'll order some food for us all" Jea suggests

"yea, we can just put a few things in a bag and we can catch the train" I state

--skip to at the house--

"Jea! Kyle!" I shout walking into the house with everyone else following behind me. I drop my bag and look at the note on the bench.

hey Jacks

Kyle and I are just getting some food, we'll be back soon

Love Ya sis

I tell the guys that Jea and Kyle are out before walking into my old room to put my bag down. everyone found a spot in the lounge and put on some music. I walk around looking at all the photos and decorations around the house.

I pick up one photo slightly caressing the frame. the photo is of Kyle, Jea, me and him from years ago when we all went to the beach and mum insisted on getting a photo, I can't help but smile at the memory. I feel all the good and fun memories of me and him come flooding back into my mind. I bring my hands up to my head and tightly close my eyes trying to push the memories away.

"your  so cute"

"Aww, I want to have what Jea and Kyle have with someone... I want that with you"

"age doesn't matter"

"Hey, don't listen to those idiots, your beautiful, talented, smart, amazing"

"I know we are young"

"don't let people put you down"

"I only make promises things that I can keep"

"I love you"

I hear the faint sound of the glass shattering as the photo hits the ground. everything else is drowned out, the only clear thing is his voice in my head.

"I promise nothing will ever hurt you"

I feel my body sink down into a ball. I can't hear the guys calling out to me, asking if I'm okay. 

"look out!"

"NOOOO!"

I feel arms wrap around me, I fall into the person seeking comfort in them as I slowly come to my senses. "shh, it's okay" Jea whispers calming me

"I promise you"

"guys, what happened?" I hear Kyle ask

"I don't know, she picked up that picture then something just happened, she wasn't responding to us" I couldn't determine which guy it was.

"Jea, look at this" I'm guessing he was showing the shattered photo

"Jack, did you see him?" she asks, I weakly nod, I feel her thumb wipe away the tears that I didn't even realise streamed down my cheeks.

"he promised me"

soooooooooooooo, sorry but I gotta have some suspense. I'm happy with this chapter and there are clues as to who him is, I will try and add more along the way. what do you think?
