- A new man -

It had been days since she had a visit from the men. She wasn't sure how to force heal and had to cover her arm up. For it had been hurting like hell and she was sure it was infected. She had gotton extreamly week since no one had been feading her. The poor girl assumed that even in the first order they fead their enemies. Rey was wrong. Her stomach gargled constantly, keeping her up at night. She was at her witz end. Rey had enough. The young girl had laid on her bed closing her eyes. She felt so weak and could bearly move. She was incredibly lonely and afraid, and didnt want the door to open since she was scared of who it would be but in another way she was hoping someone was brigning her food. The scavanger started to feel weaker and weaker, the infection had gave her a feaver and she was in a terrible situation and state. Aventually everything went numb and she blacked out.

Ren was leaving his quarters and ready to encounter the day. He had waited patienly on the guards to come back and tell him that Rey was ready for a visitor. He tried to make sure that people would be checking up on her wound and making sure it wouldnt be infected. Kylo didn't know how to exaplin it but all he knew is that he needed her on his side, he senced power and strength coming from her that he could really use.

The dark beast was walking in the hallways heading to his spaceship, he had people he needed to visit and give them a peice of his mind. He had missions that day. The man finally, arrived in the main room with all of the spaceships and where the storm troupers were often circulating. He had heard two of the storm troupers saying " weak scavanger girl" which gave him a off feeling. He felt as though something was wrong and just had to see what they were talking about. Ren had used the force to stop them, turning them around. They both had a scared look onto their faces under their masks and Ren could feel it. "tell me about the girl," he said demanding a response and quick. The two storm troupers stayed silent looking at one another before Ren decided to force choke one of them to get the answer. "I SAID TELL ME" and finally droped the trouper seeing he was triying to speak. "well the girl..is in the cell sir.." he said gasping for air. Ren chuckled "well Yes I know she is I sent her there, what else" he said as they stayed quiet. "tell me!" he yelled again and finally the other ranted "shes not doing well sir thats all, um some storm troupers havent been feading her, generals comand" he said scared. The man couldn't beleive what he heard. They knew how much she was important to him! 

Ren Hurried to her cell seing no guards there as he had asked for. He was furious as he stood infront of her cell door and what he saw before his eyes struck a nerve threw him. It was Rey, she looked dead, she looked so fragile, her hand was hagning off the bed as though it gave up and fell. He instantly opened the door walking in and walking over to her. "Rey? hello?" he said hoping to see any movement at all but he was in no luck, she stayed there still. He went to pick her up but stoped when he saw her arm that was bleeding threw the bandage. Kylo then noticed how pale she was. "What did they do to you" he said for once in his life sounding worried? He picked her up bridal style her arm falling to the side of her.

He took the elevator in the corridor of the cells going up to his quarters. Once he had finally arived he walked into what was for him, his home, though he would never call it that. He layed her down in his bed and levitated her head. Ren looked over at her bandage and reached out. He lifted the bandage seing how infected it was. He felt discusted. It was then he decided to used his force to heal her as much as he could. He helped her wound and she had definetly started to become concious again. He was glad. Kylo took off the band aid leaving her bare skin with a scar and blood stained onto her pale and fragile skin. He took some water and a cloth cleaning up her scar making her wince. He let her rest before she'd wake up again, he knew she needed all the energy she could get.

Ren walked off looking back at her, she looked so peacful. He went to his bathroom and placed his hands on the counter closing his eyes. he slowly opened his eyes again and looked in the mirror. He stared into the mirror for a bit not even recognizing his reflection. What hapened, what made him change, made him weak. He then knew, it was her, it was Rey. As hard as he tried to deny it from others and from himself he started to feel compassion for her. He hated it, it angerd him, it made him weak like his father was. He will not be his father. he stood up straight and left the bathroom with every attention of sending Rey back to her cell. As he walked out and saw her laying there so peacefull and calm he couldnt help but to leave her here. She needed to be here, she was safer here. He had to turn her to the dark side, he didnt know what it was he was feeling but he didnt want her to leave. 

At this moment the smallest of light apered in Ben Solos heart since forever. 

He went to his own little kitchen and coupeed up a few things. He really didnt know how to cook but she needed food so he tried his best. He took bread with meat and a few vegetables setting it on a tray with water and set it on the edge of the bed. At this moment she woke up. She had no idea where she was but she felt safe. She sat up in bed and what she saw suprised her. It was Ren. She was shocked and scared. She looked at the food infront of her and without thinking rushed into it eating so fast, she had never been this hungry her entire life. Once she had finally finished she drinked some water and set down her glass. "you looked like you needed it"he said which boild her blood "Nice to know you care after making me starve for 1 week and a half" she said looking down, "Listen Rey, I told them to check up on you everyday, I told them to take care of you, which they didnt, you dont have to beleive me" he said quietly looking down. The scavanger could see how he was telling the truth, she didnt know how to explain it but she had to beleive him, there was something in his eyes that just didnt seam like it was Kylo ren, "I beleive you" she said giving him the force to look up at her. "but why Ren, why are you holding me hostage if your going to treat me right, so far you've only taken care of me" she said as Ren stayed quiet. "look, I know your terrified and I dont know you at all but from what I can see, you seam broken and torn apart between the light and the dark, Theres still light left in you, I can feel it. " she finished never thinking she would ever say those words to such monster but something told her how broken this man in front of her was. Which doesnt make everything he did go away but simply give a new perspective of things. "your not scared of me, you should be, you said it yourself, im a monster" he said in disbeleif, it was clear he was hurting. He never showed so much emotion to a person before but he just felt a connection, between them. A force bond. 

"Kylo ren is a monster, the man infront of me isnt" she paused,"who are you" she said and he took a minute to think. He didnt know who he was, but he knew who he had to be "Kylo ren" he said in disbelif, "now that I dont beleive" she said triying to encourage him. She then had some sort of vision, the words Ben solo apeared in her mind. "Ben solo" she said her eyes closed, he looked up at her in dispair. She opened her eyes and looked at him, "you're Ben solo" she said again. They maintained eye contact for a bit until she finally spoke up triying to lighten up the air a bit, she could feel his sadness and regret "Im Rey" she said and he gave her a look of confusing "You dont have a family name?" he asked curiosuly and she simply looked down in dispair "I dont have a family" she said "im just Rey, ive always been" she looked up with tears in her eyes. Ben sudenly had the urge of asking this young women for something he never had done before "want to come for dinner with me?" he asked softly and she slightly smiled ''only if its with Ben'' she said calmly and he nodded '' I think I can make that work''. They both paused in silence looking at each other. There was a strong conection into the air, a strong bond. It suprised her because just a few weaks ago she hated his guts and now she feels light in him, she feels a person in there with feelings and emotions, a good guy she thaught. He had never opened up this much to someone before, he always stayed quiet beating on himself which only made him worse. It felt good to have a real conversation with someone. They both felt something similar, a friendship starting to develope, slowly but shirly. Ben sudenly slapped out of his thaughts "ah I forgot about a meating I have I need to go" he said getting up off the bed. Rey looked up at him one last time before he become Ren again, he placed his helmet and started to head out. He steped into the elevator and as it was going down they made eye contact until the doors closed and she couldnt see his face anymore. She sighed in exhausted. what was going on with her. She layed in the bed looking up at the ceeling "Im loosing it" she said soflty.

When Ren was in the elevator alone he sighed exhausted and just thaught "What am I becoming"
