3rd POV
The night was silent, morning for the downfall of the girl with a future and dream far greater that the depths of her imagination could phantom.
The wind howled their prayers as a whisper and the stars gleamed with sadness. They knew what faith awaits the girl caught in the clutches of the beast.
For the first time that night, the beat looked apon his prey: the damsel laying limp in his arms.
Her hair was short, but long enough to shield her face from his gleaming eyes. Erebus used a hand to push aside her hair and show her face to the unforgiving night.
The beast never saw such beauty coverd by the earth's dirt and worry even in her sleeping state.
Her eyebrows were thick and bushy, seemingly from never meeting the ends of a tweezer yet they still maintained their natural arched shape. Her lips were dry and uneven, with the bottom lip looking more pouty than her much thinner top lip, yet it still maintained a scorching pink tone. Her face itself had various scars, from remains of acne to bruises, but still looked unnaturally soft. The beast could barely contain the urge to run his fingers across her cheek, and along her jaw.
She was nothing like the woman Erebus has come across. No neatly manicured nails, no sweet smelling perfume, shaped eyebrows, flawless skin or neatly cut hair.
Yet she had a type beauty that showed through the flaws. The beauty intrigued the beast.
"Get the boy." Erebus broke out of the trance the sleeping girl had pit him in and thought of the merge that's going to occur.
Erebus would never admit it to the world, but he felt a pinch of guilt in his heart as his men chained her to the chair at the basement of this home.
Like a rag doll, he limbs were weak and fell to the wish of his men. For some reason, Erebus hated seeing her this way.
"You're not going to kill her." Soren spoke like a know it all.
"And why not?" The beast asked the smart mouth.
"You see something in her. You have weakness in your eye. "
Only Soren could see behind the mask of the beast, and only he could speak his mind without the conversation ending with a bullet in his head.
"We need the girl."
Soren looked at his friend in disbelief, "Are our men no longer good enough for you? " he asked in disbelief.
"The world is becoming female, Soren. We need to embrace it, and this little girl might be our path to keeping up with the changing world."
"So what are you suggesting, V? "
"We train her, and show her what she is really capable of. She has potential, or else she wouldn't have layed a finger on our boys. She gave Julian a swollen eye for God's sake. "
"V, if you're thinking about this just because of that whore's little gang the--"
"That whore is as close as we have to a threat right now." Every word that the beast spoke was laced with poison. He looked his friend straight in the eye, warning him to to continue.
"Our men won't be happy. They will never respect a woman as one of them. " Soren was all about woman empowerment, but he had a sense of reality. Being in an all male environment has given their men a sense of invincibility. A little girl having the same power as them would threaten them and cause them to act out.
"That's left to her. If she want's the respe then she will need to earn it."
"But what if she works for the whore? Or is just some druggie trying to get some powder ?"
"She's not. Her arm's are bare of their tattoos and look at her. She may be pale, and too scrawny for her own good, but nothing about her screams addicted. "
"Okay, say that you are right. What's going to make her different from all our other men."
"Everything about her is already different. With a little TLC, she'll be sure to have the attention of every man in the room. She can be our little enchantress. "
Soren could see the picture that his friend was painting. The girl would sure be a beauty. She screams innocence but with enough training, she could be as deadly as any other.
"Okay, I'll bite. Seduce then destroy. But that will take time, what do we do with her now?"
"Now we show her pain. More pain than she has ever experienced in her life. Because if she takes bait, and she will... she's going to need to be able to handle pain."
