"What can I say... This was the best I idea your mom ever had!" Kat said in awe as we stood exactly at the entrance. "Yeah, yeah... She just wanted me gone". "Yeah I'm sorry about that" Kat said as she patted my shoulder in a comforting way but was failing miserably at it; "at least I have you all to myself, muhahahaha! We're gonna make these people bleed through their ears!" She shrieked while I found myself simultaneously rolling my eyes and smiling broadly at her comment only because of how true it was. We did have a tendency to drive people insane.
These people sure knew how to catch your eye. In the middle of the yard where there was freshly cut grass surrounding a giant statue stood some freaky old lady with crooked teeth, a reading glasses on and a despicable poor taste in fashion; but hey! This is supposedly called vintage. Apparently Kat agreed with me because her face was twisted in all sorts of directions obviously finding her disgust with the woman as well, guess we were thinking the same damn thing... But anyone with eyes could have told you that, if not they were a terrible liar.
"Who the fuck is that?..." asked Kat as she squinted like if it'll make the stone seem any nicer than before. " I don't know and I think I don't want to, I may have nightmares even though I don't think it'll make a difference; let's go before you do too."
When we walked in the luxurious, ancient looking building we searched until we spotted someone in charge, hopefully praying that it was the principle/secretary or something and luckily we did find one of them: the secretary. "Welcome to Alessandro Academia, and you must be the two transferred high school girls from America, Alexandria Daniels and Katherine Morrison, yes? "Yeah" responded both me and Kat at the same time. "I am Corra Alfonso, you may call me Miss Alfonso. I have the keys to your dorm which you and your friend will be sharing together on the third floor which is to the top. You will receive your class schedule in the morning after breakfast is served and make sure to meet me in my office to get it, it's on the second floor, third door to your right, can you remember that?" Yes I nodded. "No I need to hear you say it. Can you remember that? "Yes ma'am", I chuckled at her desperate need for an answer as she smiled widely back at us. "One more thing curfew is at 10 and 12 on weekends. Well two things, which is only the obvious and strictest rule here: NO BEING IN THE BOYS DORMITORY. I think I got the most important things clear, other than that you're good to go. I'll see you guys tomorrow morning."
"Well she was nice... and straightforward", said Kat as we picked up our luggage and headed to the elevator."Scary, huh?" She questioned once we were inside, "what?", "being on our own", she answered. "I guess... but we're badmen and badmen don't get scared, ya dig?", "hahahaha! Yeah I dig, what would I do without that awesome brain of yours?" She goofed. "I often ask myself that question as well", I replied as we both laughed all the way to our stop.
