"Holy Shit!"We both shouted simultaneously as we opened the door to our dorm room. Or should I say hotel suite because it looks nothing like a normal dorm room. This room looks like it could be on Mtv Cribs. The room smelled of paint and new carpet. It's cream walls were set off by the brightly colored wall paper trim and the billowing, floor to ceiling curtains on the French doors. The new furniture waited, oblivious. Unbeknownst to each other, they took turns slowly making their way to the master bedroom, pausing briefly, then opening the door and peering in. Sweeping the room from left to right and inhaling the smell. Walking around the room, they would frequently touch the California king sized bed, that was covered with black and white zebra stripes. They walked to the open cabinet and push it back and forth, watching it move, ever so slowly. Making their way to the walk in closet, they pulled open the doors and gazed ever so slowly over the neatly piled hooded towels, the multi colored receiving blankets and the tiny 'onesies' all stacked neatly in their own little piles. Closing the closet doors, again a waft of new carpet smell blowing over them. Walking to the the French doors, they carefully open them and step out onto the balcony. Stepping back into the room, the cool darkness encompassing them and making them take a deep breath. Meandering over to the bathroom or should I say spa, running their hands over the smooth clean surface of a tub that could fit at least four people. We then slowly, quietly backing out of the room, and closing the door.
We were interupted from the tour of our room by the frequent rapping on the door. I walked to the door, took a deep breath and pulled open the door.
"YA WHA..." i couldnt finish my sentence, the cold air was like a slap in my face. I looked left and right down the hall but the silent hallway greeted me,I was about to close back the door but a white paper in front the door caught my sight. I picked it up and opened it, the bold, red painted word "LEAVE!"written in the middle of the page sent shivers down my spine. I looked down hall again but not a single soul was there, but I felt as though I was being watched.
The week had flew by so quickly, today was the first day of class, and honestly I wasn't thrilled about going. For the past week I stayed in my dorm room with Kat, I haven't told her about the note because I knew how she would react so I kept to my self. I had to go to class,I walked into my class after seeing the map. I looked up as I entered the room. My eyes automatically landed on a well-muscled boy who sat in the corner, his face obscured from view. His hair was long and silky, the colour of midnight, with strands falling against his pale skin. He was everything your mom told you to stay away from. He must have sensed me staring, because he turned sharply, his moonlit eyes blazing with anger. I blushed and ducked my head, scurrying to the seat in the front of the class. I felt his glare as though it was reaching into my soul.
