4 | Livie And Ray

After school, I came back home, run upstairs to my room and plopped myself on the bed.

It had been a long day so I was pretty tired.

I grabbed my headphones, wanting to listen to some music and relax, but a knock on my door stopped me from doing so.

‘’Come in!’’

My older sister, Rachel entered my room, hopping up and down with excitement and jumped on my bed.

'Are we sure she is the oldest sibling?'

‘’How was your day Lixieee~?’’ She sung and ruffled my hair a bit.

‘’What do you want, Rachel?’’ I sighed.

‘’I wanted to ask you about your day.. but from what I can see, it wasn’t that good.’’ She said and looked at me, eyes full of concern.

Our baby sister, Olivia crawled into the room and sat on the floor, next to my bed.

‘’What’s wrong, little brother? I will murder anyone who tried to hurt my baby Bokkie!’’ Rachel said and took a determined pose.

I let out a chuckle, for once not minding the nickname she used and she smiled at my reaction.

‘’Nothing happened. I’m just a little tired, that’s all.’’ I said, giving her a short smile.

‘’Why is brother sad?’’ Olivia asked me and pouted adorably.

I picked her up from the floor and  made her sit on the bed, between my legs.

‘’Brother is not sad Livie. He just needs some time to rest.’’ I told her, giving her a comforting hug.

‘’Really?’’ She looked at me with eyes that sparkled and I nodded in response.

"You're so cute, Liviee~" Rachel said and pinched our little sister's cheek, earning a whine from her.

"Shh easy there, you little monster, you're going to wake up mom!" I laughed.

She quietly apologized and I kissed her rosy cheek.

‘’Now go play with your toys, you adorable creature!’’ She laughed and I hugged her really tightly.

I then put her down and she run to her room, giggling.

‘’So. What did you want me to do, Ray?’’ I asked my sister and she looked at me, confused.

‘’What do you mean? I didn’t say I wanted anything.’’

I raised my eyebrow and gave her an  ‘’I know you too well’’ look.

She sighed in defeat and crossed her arms on her chest.
‘’Fine. Maybe I did want something.’’

I laughed at my sister’s actions and asked her what she needed me to do.

‘’So, a few of my friends are coming over tonight, for a 'girls only sleepover’ or whatever.. And I kind of wanted to ask, if youu-’’

‘’Could let you have the house to yourselves?’’

‘’Yeah, something like that..’’ She looked at me with eyes full of hope.

"I don't know Ray.." I said, pretending to think about it.

"Pleasee~" She pouted.

'JSKSLSJI HOw can I say no to thAt?!'

I mean, the suggestion wasn’t that bad for me either. It had been a long time since I last slept over to one of my friend’s house.

‘’Hm okay. Let me see what I can do.’’ I told my sister and she clapped her hands happily.

I smiled at her reaction and grabbed my phone to try and call some of my friends.

Chan was more than happy to let me stay over at his house and apparently he was going to invite the rest of the boys too.

When I told my sister, she screamed with excitement, jumped on me and gave me a tight hug.

And when I say tight, I mean to the point that I couldn’t breathe.

But I guess it was worth it, because she looked like the happiest girl on earth.

She thanked me a million times and then run to her room to plan her sleepover.

I did my homework for the next day and then decided to take a short nap.

It was going to be a fun night.
