Felix's POV:

.

.

"Are we there yet?" Changbin whined loudly as he hugged his seat's armrest.

Poor thing had suffered for most of the trip because of his motion sickness.

"We're two minutes away Binnie, hang in there." Chan said in a comforting tone.

Though the trip had been a real pain in the ass for the most part, I was still really excited.

Christmas was my favourite holiday after all, and I was finally spending it with my friends and sister again after such a long time. What was there not to be excited about?

'My sister, my friends and.. her.' I thought, unconsciously turning my head to look at Claire, who was sitting right across me.

She was looking out the van window, earphones plugged in and a peaceful smile on her face.

I wondered what she was thinking about.

We hadn't talked much since I fell on her, except for the time my sister forced me to call her to suggest this trip.

The time I called her..

~Flashback~

"Hello?" I said, aware of how awkward I sounded.

"Felix?" Claire exclaimed, surprise evident in her voice.

The moment I heard her voice I knew I was turning red.

My face started feeling hot and it was clear that my sister was trying her hardest not to laugh out loud.

I had to hurry and say something to Claire.

Why did I call her again?
Right. Christmas.

"Um- Y-Yeah, hi. I called to ask you if you're doing something on Christmas?"

"Uhh I don't think so. Why?"

I glanced at Rachel, who was snickering at how ridiculous I probably looked and I rolled my eyes at her.
This girl just loves seeing me suffer.

"We were thinking of- uh going for a trip and.. D-Do you wanna maybe perhaps come along..?"

English, Felix. English.

"That's actually a great idea!" Claire said happily, and my heart skipped a beat.

"Who else is going?" She asked.

"Rachel and I and we were thinking of also asking the boys." I gulped.
"Is that okay with you?"

"Oh yeah, I don't mind at all."

I couldn't help but think about how lovely she sounded through the phone.

Her silvery voice echoing in my ear was giving me goosebumps.

For a moment I forgot where I was and all I could think of was how melodic her voice was.

"So what's the plan?"

"...Huh?" I asked, realizing I zoned out again.

"I asked you what's the plan, how much of this trip have you organised so far?" She giggled.
