The bodysuits are made of soft armor like kevlar, shear thickening fluids, and liquid armor to aid in ballistic protection.
Tolerance to extreme heat can be achieved by applying materials like Nomex, micro foils to reflect heat away, or even carbon fiber weave as carbon has a very high thermal tolerance. Even treating the outer layers of the armor plating with a polymerized Aerogel would grant immensely high thermal protection.
The temperature-controlled undersuit like how Flight Suits work
The Helmets HUD system works like an Apache Helicopter pilot helmet.

He was the one to be in the back but did as much as he could to help. He joined the military, thinking he would just get a few years in and then leave so he could do what he wanted. After a few years in the military, he was chosen to join the special forces. He would perform better than anyone expected as he rescued several hostages during a crisis after a local terrorist group took a hospital, killing several patients and staff. Soon, the U.S. and several other countries began a new program for new military-grade body armor, Project Helljumper. Emmerich was the lead engineer for the project design and also helped pick out the possible candidates to wear the armor. Kolt was one of the six soldiers chosen to possibly wear it. He was subjected to intense physical and mental abuse. Others began dropping out due to the extremes the project requires, but Kolt was injured after a heat stress test had a malfunctioned and broke and burned his face. He stayed in the project after other countries pulled their support. After the project was complete, he began going on missions where he would be dropped off via halo jumps or helicopter into the area. He would return back to the project sight for repairs, due to a request made by Kolt after she hit him with a 10mm wrench when she saw him using duct tape on the leg armor that was falling after he was blown out of a building. Due to a sudden increase of attacks by the white masks, he was sent to Rainbow. Though he wants to step away from the fight, he continues on knowing that when he is what people need in these times.
