----------------------------------

[Saturday morning - 11AM]

I woke up with a huge headache.

After seeing James last night, I hardly got sleep.

I drank my drink, and then we left that bar.

James had been sitting on his own when we left, talking to the bartender and watching the TV.

After we'd left, we went to another club and got wasted. That's why I awoke with a hangover.

Seeing James had completely shook me, I was scared to go outside now in fear of seeing him and him looking in my eyes again, I do still love him I just don't like to admit it, as he hurt me before.

**

After finishing my breakfast, I got changed and decided to head out, it was too hot to stay indoors all day long, even if James could be lurking about and see me again at any moment.

When I was out driving, my car started to cough and slowly stop, so I pulled over.

"Shit." I said to myself.

I was in the middle of a country lane, there was a house nearby, but I couldn't get any singal on my moblie.

I pulled the roof back up incase someone tried to steal anything out of my car and I locked it.

I started walking towards the house that I'd noticed before, hoping that they owned a phone and would let me use it.

The house looked quite modern, and it had a couple of cars outside on a stone drive.

I headed up the steps and knocked on the brown door, I heard someone coming down the hall just after I'd knocked it, so the door swung open quickly.

"Hey, I'm sorry to interupt anything, but my car has broken down on the lane and my phone has no si-" I looked up and saw the person standing at the door.

And just to my luck, it happened to be James.

"Signal?" He finished for me.

I sighed and nodded.

He stepped back and gestured for me to walk into his house.

"Come on in, you can use the phone." He said.

I nodded, as I walked in I noticed that the house was was huge.

When you walked in, there was a set of wooden stairs, and facing them was the kitchen and giant garden, then there was a living room and an office.

"Nice house, is it yours?" I said to him, attempting to make it less awkward.

"It's all mine. I live in the outskirts of New York as you can tell love, now, the phone's in the office, feel free to use it. Do you want anything to drink?" He asked.

"Urm, please. If you don't mind."

"Of course I don't silly, it's boiling out there." He said, walking towards the kitchen.

Butterflies fluttered in my stomach as I walked into his office and sat on the chair.

I grabbed and started using the phone to contact someone. I heard James in the kitchen gingling bottles.

Being around James made me nervous again, like I felt when I'd first met him, it brought back so many memories.

Once James emerged from the kitchen, he handed me a botte of beer.

"Thanks." I mouthed to him, whilst talking to the garage man.

I finally hung up and took a gulp of beer.

"He said the garage is busy today, been as it's a Saturday, so they will be by my car in about two hours." I sighed.

"That's ok." James said. "You can stay here if you want, I don't need to go out for another four hours or so." He said and winked at me.

I just nodded. "Thanks James."
