The confusion of it all (Danny POV)

Lately I seemed to be getting closer to Amanda, like me and her were meant to be. 

She's so beautiful and I know James is my friend and stuff and it's wrong to think this, but I think she should be with me instead because James doesn't seem to care about her that much anymore.

If he loved her so much he would have stayed sober as much as possible to he didn't accidently cheat on her. I think he wasn't drunk because he seemed to be looking at her all night anyway, he wasn't acting drunk either, but I didn't say anything because I didn't want to lose friends because of it all. 

I don't know how I've started to like Amanda, it just seems like every single day she becomes prettier and I want to just take her face and kiss her to see how she reacts, but I know she loves James too much to want to date anyone else, she's happy enough the way she is with James. I don't want to ruin it all for them by kissing her and starting more arguments. 

And I couldn't take her hating me, she proberly would hate my guts if I kissed her whilst she was dating James still. 

I guess I just need to try and move on from liking her, I guess it couldn't be too hard, I've had crushes before and got over them when I found out they weren't avalible. 

I got onto the bus and her and Mandy (The bus driver) were sitting at the table and talking. It looked like a serious conversation, I heard Amanda say. 

"They are great to hang out with and they really care about people." 

I don't know if she said exactly that but it was something along the lines of it, she sounded so cute, she looked down and smiled after she finished what she has said and Mandy was agreeing with her. 

They both looked over at me and smiled. 

"Alright ladies?" I said to them. 

"Yeah, we're awesome thanks, just talking about a few things." Amanda smiled at me, I smiled back.

"Great." I winked at her and walked to my bunk to get something. 

I ran my fingers through my hair quickly. 

Why do I like her so much, it was all confusing, I needed time to think about it.
