I need a home sweet home, to call my own.

I got to my mum and dad's which I always called home. 

I ran to the door and it was open so I ran in with make-up all over my face.

"Who's that?" I heard my mum call and come down the stairs. 

I sat on the floor and cried more, I was being such a mess after the proposal. 

"Oh, Amanda, what are you doing here, what are you home for?" My mum said and hugged me, I just hugged her and cried on her shoulder. 

"I said no to James mum, I couldn't say yes, I'm only 22 and I'm not ready for that kind of thing yet, I love him more than anything but not like that yet." I sobbed, she stroked my back.

"Go for a shower and get into your PJ's your dad and sister have gone shopping and they'll be back soon." She said. 

I nodded and did just that, after my shower I put my moblie on charge, I noticed I had 23 missed calls all off Ben, Sam and Danny and one text off Cameron. I never looked, I just tied my wet hair back and wiped my make-up off, then saw my sister walk into the room.

"AMANDA!" She shouted and hugged me.

I hugged her back. 

"I spoke to Danny on the phone because he called me and I didn't know then and he told me to tell you to ring him so he knew you were okay and me and dad starting worrying but now we know you're okay." 

I let go of her. I panicked looking for my phone and I rang Danny straight away.

"AMANDA? Are you ok? Where are you?" Danny said.

"I'm at home and I'm obviously not okay am I?" I said.

"That's it, I'm coming round yours." He said.

"Danny. I'm at my mum and dads, just talk to me here." I calmly said.

He sighed. "Why did you say no to James, Amanda, you've got him really down." 

I felt sick all of a sudden. "Danny, I just....I couldn't, I'm not ready at all for that." 

"Amanda, he loves you an-" 

"I know he loves me and I love him too Danny, but it doesn't mean I'm ready to get married to him, I never will be I don't think, I don't need marriage to tell someone or show them I love them." I interupted him.
