"Nayeon-ssi" Jin called out after exiting his room
"I'm here,wae?" Nayeon said peaking her head at the entrance of the nook
"I'm heading out for some ice cream, wanna come with me?" The boy asked while putting on his jacket
"Eh? The grocery's closed, prolly 20 minutes ago, it's pass 10 Jin" Nayeon informed
"Oh no no, I know a place, do you want to join me?" Jin insisted
"Ahm, yeah sure, A little ice cream wouldn't hurt" She said as she approach Jin
"Grab a Jacket" Jin instructed
"No need,let's go" Nayeon said walking out
"Aish alright,we'll take the car"Jin informed while locking the door
"Wait, don't you have work tomorrow?" Nayeon asked
"I do, around noon, so it's fine, how about you and your class?" Jin returned the question as they walk to the car
He unlocked the car with his key remote and then proceeded to open the door for Nayeon.
"Komawoyo, my classes starts at 10:30 am, so I'm kinda good too" Nayeon responded taking her seat
She watched Jin circle the front of the car and then went to his own seat.
"Alright, seat belt please" Jin said starting car
The girl quickly followed and stayed quiet for the first few minutes of the ride.
"What's your plan after you find out what happened with your father?" Jin asked to break the silence
"Maybe I can move on and let him go" the girl stated
"I hope you find peace soon" Jin murmured loud enough for her to hear
The ride continued for another 40 minutes, they talked about little things, still getting to know each other before reaching the cafe.
"해돋이 Cafe" Nayeon read
"They are open until sunrise and well you can watch the sunrise here." Jin tugged the girl around the cafe,it's the beach.
Nayeon was in awe, the moon and the stars lit the place up enough to see the waves. The salty breeze brushed her face as she walks closer to the shore line.
"Come on kid, it's cold there" Jin yelled a little
"I'm not a kid!" Nayeon yelled while running towards him
"Well, okay" Jin said and put his hands on his pockets
the two walked towards the back door of the building
"Ahjussi, It's me Jin" The boy said as he guides Nayeon inside the cafe, there are no other customers but the smell of brewing coffee is present inside, the light buzzing of fridge can be heard.
The whole place was lit by a cool tone white light. Soft music playing. Nayeon was in complete awe again. Amazed of the wood works.
An old man came out from somewhat the kitchen area of the cafe.
"What took you so long?!" He immediately yelled as soon as he recognise Jin
"Mianhe ahjussi,I've been working" Jin bowed and embraced the old man
Nayeon wasn't paying attention to the two, rather she kept on admiring the plant right in front of her, it was her and her mom's favorite,Lily of the valley.
"Sit down and introduce me to this young lady" the old man said which made Nayeon's ear perk up.
"Ah,this is Mr.Park Min Jae" Jin introduced the old man
"I'm Nayeon" The girl offered her hand to the old man and bowed a little
"Oh, Nayeon, nice to meet you" The old man shook her hand
