"You look oddly familiar" Nayeon blurted out
"You too" The old man retorted
"Well I do have a common face type so it's normal" Nayeon sheepishly answered
"Okay, what would you like then?" The old man rubbed his hand together
"I wanted ice cream, but now that I'm here, I'll have strawberry patbingsu please" Jin chimed
"Ahhhhhmmmm I'll have the coffee one thank you!" Nayeon replied
"alright it'll be ready in ten minutes" Mr.Minjae informed the two
"you're familiar with each other, what's that about? " Jin asked
"He seems familiar, i don't know where I've seen him from" Nayeon mumbled
Jin just hummed as a response
"How'd you know about this place?" Nayeon quickly broke the silence
"Ah, this is my sister's favorite place since it's kinda far from the center of the city and well it's open during these hours"
"these hours? does she hate the sun?" Nayeon joked
"Ahhhh right I haven't told you" Jin said and then cleared his throat
Nayeon titled her head, curious of the next thing tthat will come out of the boy's mouth
"My sister is a celebrity model so she tries to keep some things private" Jin stated nonchalantly
Nayeon burst out a laugh, before realising that the guy wasn't joking.
"Who is your sister then?" She asked while fixing herself up
"Kim Taehee" Jin said resting his head on his palm
Nayeon on the other hand is trying to remember what she looks like.
"WAIT! Your sister is Kim Taehee?!" Nayeon basically repeated the statement
Jin just nodded, amused at the girl in front of him.
Nayeon grabbed Jin's face to examine.
"How can you be her brother? I mean she's a goddess" Nayeon teased, scanning his face
"Yah!" Jin yelled a bit, before letting out a giggle
"I'm kidding, I would have never known tho" Nayeon said mimicking Jin's early position.
Jin cocked an eyebrow, as if telling her to explain, Nayeon didn't respond tho.
"Don't tell anybody alright?" Jin reached out his pinky to the girl
"Sheez, you're too cheezy" Nayeon bickered
"She'll sue you, you know?" Jin wiggled her pinky
"I won't tell anybody" Nayeon sneered and then hooked her pinky with his.
Jin gave her a genuine smile and then let her finger go from his grip.
"Kids, your order's done" Mr. Minjae called out
"Okay thank you, I'll take it" Jin responded and stood up from their table.
The two shared more stories of their own lives, and bicker about some stupid things, like how to insert the toilet paper.
After finishing the bingsu the two bid goodbye to the owner.They stayed near the cafe, enjoying the beach,even though it was already passed midnight.
Nayeon took her shoes off and played in the water, which she regretted just after a couple of minutes.
"It's so cold!" she giggled to herself as she dries off her feet with some tissue
"what did you expect?" Jin teased
"Shut up" the girl answered, her shivering was evident.
"I told you to bring your jacket" Jin scolded
Nayeon just stuck out her tongue to the boy.
Jin rubbed both sides of her arm,so she warms up a little.
"Let's just go home" Nayeon bolted up from the chair
"Alright, let's go" Jin said picking up the girl's shoes.
