"Nayeon?" Brian snapped his fingers on the girls face for the nth time.
"Yeah?" She answered still looking dreadful
"Is there something wrong? You'd been awfully quiet" Brian said in a low tone
"Ani, I did not get enough sleep that's all" She explained with a reassuring smile. He doesn't have to know.
"Why?" The guy asked again
"I really don't know" she stammered
"Have you eaten anything?"
"Yes" Nayeon smiled remebering the breakfast she had ealier
"I only have one subject today, the two other profs cancelled, what about you?" Brian asked trying to prolong their conversation while walking to school
"That's unfair! I have... wait let me check" Nayeon turned on her phone to check for notifications
"ATTENTION!!! BOTH OF OUR PROFESSORS HAVE CANCELLED TODAY, DUE TO AN EMERGENCY MEETING." Nayeon squealed
"Yah! why do I still have one subject then?" Brian took her phone to check the message
"Ahhhh,sucks to be you, I'll head down to the library, go to your class" Nayeon shooed her friend away
"Alright, wait for me okay?" Brian winked at the girl before going to the other direction,Nayeon just laughed at him.
Nayeon scanned through the aisles of the library, finding some new basic books about medical operation. She, like every other student stayed quiet, taking down notes from their own books.
"Nayeon-ssi" Jin gently shook the girl's body awake
The girl just hummed, still half asleep
"Nayeon-ssi, wake up the librarian will kick you out" Jin whispered
Nayeon lift her head up to the guy in front of her.
"Why are you here?" Nayeon asked in a low voice
"Ah,your friend Brian texted me that you're here, he left early because of his mom" Jin said
Nayeon just nodded and cleared up her things.
"You have a little something on your lips" Jin reached out to which Nayeon stood back
"Relax" The boy said and removed the dirt, and then caressed her cheek.
"I-I can't take it no more" Jin mumbled before he finally took the chance to kiss the girl infront of her.
Nayeon didn't know how to react, she found herself closing her own eyes, not responding but also not backing away from his kiss.
When she opened her eyes, gasping for air.Jin was gone. It was Brian who's in front of her.
"Hey? Are you awake now?" Brian waved his hand to her face
"D-did I fell asleep?" Nayeon cursed under her breath... what the heck?!
"Yeah, I arrived minutes ago" Brian answered
Nayeon tapped her face.
"Ah it was a dream" she sighed
"What was?" Brian asked clearing up her things
"Nothing" Nayeon sheepishly said
"Alright, let's put these back" Brian said holding the books Nayeon got ealier
The two immediately did, and headed out the school.
"It's still early, wanna go somewhere?" Nayeon initiated
"Eh? aren't you tired?" Brian asked worriedly
"Nope, I just took a power nap" Nayeon stated as she stretch her arms
"Ahm okay, wanna go to the arcade?" The boy asked
"Kaja, it's been a long time since I've been there" Nayeon said to one in particular
"Something is really off with you today" Brian joked
"Aniyo, I'm okay" Nayeon assured
"Yeah, I kinda like it" the boy added
