Two weeks went by so quickly, they've all settled in except for Taehee with a few more boxes to arrange.
"I'll help with your stuff eonnie, let me just finish cooking your breakfast" Nayeon calls out by the door of Taehee's room before running down. Brian tailing behind her.
"Need help?" He asked
"Well yeah, you're a lot better than me with cooking" Nayeon jogs to the kitchen
"I'll make Dak gomtang" Brian sheepishly said
"That'll take too long, make muguk instead" Nayeon suggest
"But you hate that" Brian looks at her, confused
"Doesn't matter I'm here as a worker okay?" Nayeon reminds him
"But you're also basically Jin's live-in partner" Brian points out as he brings out the needed ingredients
"And you're Taehee's?" Nayeon cocks an eyebrow at him as she washes the rice clean.
"Well-"
"No" Nayeon cuts him off
"Kidding, there's not much of radish left anyway, so maybe it'll be okay for you" Brian starts to cut the radish into cubes
"Oh, the other produce went bad too because of the moving, I have to go shopping" Nayeon mumbles
"I'll come with," Brian says
"Yeah sure, if you got nothing to do" Nayeon then drops the conversation and continues to work their food.
"Nayeon-ah" Taehee yells from upstairs, Nayeon quickly run to her call
"ne eonnie?" Nayeon asks as she stands by the door.
"oh, I was gonna ask for some water, let's go get it." Taehee wipes her sweat with her sleeve
"Okay, Are you hungry? The food isn't done yet but I can prepare you something else" Nayeon follows along with her
"Nope, not yet" Taehee interlocks her arm with Nayeon's as they reach the kitchen
"I'll go get your water," Nayeon says and does that.
"Goodmorning Noona" Brian greets
"Goodmorning kid" Taehee scoffs
"Here" Nayeon places a glass of ice-cold water in front of her
" Thanks, Do you wanna go out today?" Taehee asks her
"Ahm, I can't... I have to go buy groceries, also I don't want to be in the headlines twice this month or any month for that matter" Nayeon tried her best to sound nice and sensitive
"Oh, you weren't in the headlines twice... You were in it for more than 8 articles within two weeks" Taehee corrects her
"Thank you... For proving my point eonnie" Nayeon chuckles
"Eh" Taehee bites her pointy finger
"I'll come with you next time eonnie, I promise, besides you'll just spoil me again," Nayeon said
"Okay, I'll just go alone then" Taehee shrugs
"Thanks for the invite" Brian mumbled to himself
"Nayeon-ah you can set up the table now," Brian says
Nayeon quickly did while Taehee watches them, She'd like to help but yesterday she broke two glasses and somehow a fork when she tried. So it was best for her to just sit down.
"I'll just go and fetch Jin" Taehee felt useless just sitting
"Okay, thank you eonnie" Nayeon answered
"No need, I'm here" Jin came down the stairs, all dressed up with a blue long sleeves and a necktie
"You don't have to wear neckties to work you know?" Taehee sat back down
"I have a meeting to attend to noona" Jin explains
"Then wear a coat too! It'll be more formal that way" she counters
"Arasseo~" Jin sang as he runs back up
