My Brother's Best Friends (Luke Hemmings)

Chapter 2

Luke's POV:
I turned around and am met a pair of eyes, belonging to none other than Ashton himself. He looks at me, shakes his head, and says " You like her don't you?"

My eyes widen and I can feel myself blushing. I go to answer him but he interrupts me.

" So, you do like her? Just treat her right and be good to her. I know she likes you to, I can see it in her eyes."

Ok, he is good. I will talk to her later, but right now I am so hungry!

Maddie POV:
Finally, this stupid homework is done. I can't wait to graduate and become big in the music industry. Oh yeah. Just a side note I also make covers on YouTube. Just the other day I had 5,000 subscribers!

I decide to do a cover of " God Made Girls" by Raeylynn.
I get out my laptop and pull up the camera. I grab my phone and pull up the music for it.

As the music starts to play I get myself prepared to start singing.
"Somebody's gotta wear the pretty skirt.
Somebody's gotta be the one to flirt
Somebody's gotta wanna hold his hand so god made girls.
Somebody's gotta make him get dressed up
Give him a reason to wash that truck
Somebody's gotta teach him how to dance
He needed somethin soft and loud and sweet and proud but tough enough to break a heart
Something beautiful and breakable that lights up in the dark" I sang.

A few minutes later I was at the last line.

"So god made girls!"

After I finished I posted it on YouTube and turned around only to be scared for my life.

"Oh my God, Luke! Don't scare me like that! You just about gave me a heart attack!" I yelled at the blue eyed, blonde haired boy I call my crush. That's all he will ever be is a crush. I'm sure he doesn't like me back so what's the point of trying?

"I love your voice Mads. It is beautiful. Like you." He mumbled the last part so it was kind of hard to understand what he said, but I was sure he said like me.

"What was the last part?"
"Oh, nothing!" He said a little bit to fast, his cheeks turning a light shade of pink.

I smile. Maybe there is a chance that he will like me. Although I highly doubt it.

"Hey, Luke? Why did you come in here?"

"I heard you singing and I thought your voice sounded like an angel in disguise." As he was saying this a smirk was slowly starting to form in his face.

Luke's POV:
Yes, I am flirting with her. Maybe if I do it more she will realize that I like her.

She opened her mouth to talk abut was interrupted by an annoying notification coming from her laptop.

"Oh. My. God! I have 100,000 subscribers! Wait, who is that?" She said excitedly slowing down towards the end.

"Who is what? Wait, oh my god! That's Niall Horan from One Direction. Louis tweeted us the other day saying to look us up. I am pretty sure we are going to go on tour with them. This is so awesome! Maybe just maybe they would ask you to go on tour with them. "

"Wait, back up. Did you say that you guys are going on tour with One Direction?" I asked. I was so confused, why didn't Ash tell me?

"Ashton didn't tell you did he?" I shook my head. "We might be, it depends on if we get everything situated."

"That's great!" I said dully because I was so upset that Ashton didn't tell me.

I think I'm going to have a talk with him. I walk out of the room leaving Luke standing there with a unknowing look on his face.

Ashton's POV:
I can't believe this is happening! We are actually going on tour with One Direction on their TMH tour!

I see Maddie coming down the stair and I calm myself down. I can't tell her not yet, because she is slowly becoming a star to!

"Hey, Madds!" I greet her, but the look she gives me tells me that she isn't very happy at all. Uh oh.

"Why didn't you tell me?" She says with her eyes narrowed on me and her hands on her hips.
