It was midnight and omkara was still asleep on the recliner.... And gauri whose sleep seemed to be away laid on the bed back facing him...
The cold breeze blew and ran through the window inside the room... Room's temperature was already cool .....
Gauri has always been so fond of this kind of weather...she loved the sweet cold breezes kissing away the burning pain.... She ,as wasn't sleepy ,woke up from the bed and went to the window. She stood there feeling the cold breeze touching her face guving her some kinda peace. She felt lighter.... The magic in the air was soothing. She looked at the shining moon out there in the sky. She kept staring at it for a while.... May be she was Sharing some of her secrets with the moon?
She turned back ,and her eyes fell upon his sleeping form... She remembered the last night incident.... When she was there with him, so close to him...listening to his heart beats....beside him..
An unknowing blush tings on her cheeks....
Her glance at him broke as she noticed him shivering a little.... He at this point of time couldn't bear much of cold as he was still weak...he wasn't so well physically...he was still on his medicines. His giant body started curling up slightly as he felt the cold breeze touch his already warm body....
Gauri noticed this and suddenly she went to close the windows.... Making sure that the cold breezes doesn't make the room's temperature colder. She then taking longer strides, towards the almirah took out a blanket and rushed towards him ....
She leaned down a little and opened the blanket to cover his shivering body preventing him from cold.... She covered him with the blanket,as soon as she moved to go she felt a tug on her wrist.... She suddenly stopped and looked behind only to find him holding her wrist....
"Gauri...
Cold..... *shivering*
He muttered under his breath with almost shaking voice....
She kneeled down beside the recliner without any second thought.... Holding his hand in hers... " Oh god Omkara.... You're burning with fever" exclaimed gauri as her skin came in contact with his.
"Cold....." He muttered again with his shaking lips which were dry.... He felt his own body burning up.... As his eyes were closed he felt warm inside his eyes.... His throat was dry, he felt thirsty..... On the other hand his body was curling up into a ball like shape as he felt cold yet again.....
"Gauri.....my...my head aches" He mumbled again..grabing gauri's attention
"Omkara... Stand up... Go to bed... " She asked him to go n lay down on bed... But he seemed to be semi concious.... He wasn't in his senses fully.... He couldn't get up by himself....
Gauri knew she have to give in now, she have to keep her complaints or dislikes aside and take care of him.... Right now he needs someone....n that someone is SHE
She sighed and helped him get up.... She patted his cheeks to wake him up... His eyes were flickering but he too tried to get up himself... Gauri held one of his hand with her...and placed her another hand on his waist.... His another hand was at her shoulder.... She somehow supported him with her tiny figure as he has well built giant form .... as his body touched her she could feel his heated temperature... His weight was almost upon her... His head leaning down at her shoulder... She let him walk with support towards the bed
Finally! She made him lay down on the bed and covered him with two blankets...
He snuggled like a baby more into himself but still holding one of her hand tightly....
