Omkara was angry and confused as well!
Seeing her,this way at his house was a shock for him- would be an understatement.
He sat on his bed and opened his laptop for work! He few that moment forgot about gauri being home, and got engrossed in his work. It was just half and hour, suddenly he saw gauri entering inside the room.
Huhh!! Now what does she want? He thought.
She was actually getting in his nerves . He wasn't able to understand actually what's happening. Suddenly she has started behaving so normal as if nothing happened.
And moreover what was irritating him was the fact - that she's behaving like his wife and the daughter in law of the house! All of a sudden why?
A woman who he loved by all his heart,once accused him for his character. She abused his love calling him a bloody cheat that day . She walked away from his life then, shattering his heart into million pieces,and giving him wounds on his soul, because of some misunderstandings. A woman who even after leaving messed up his mind everyday,everynight causing him go restless and sleepless nights....has now come back and acting as if nothing happened! What the hell is it going on?
Gauri came and took her place on the either side of the bed beside him. He looked at her confused while she just smiled back at him.
Looking her smile so normally triggered his anger more. He shut his laptop with force and looked at her in a way as if he's gonna kill her,if she doesn't away from him in a moment.
Can you please tell! Why the hell are you here at my house gauri....? He gritted hia teeth in anger.
She smiled at him, calmly but again heard him say - don't.... Don't dare to act as if it doesn't affect you! I'm in no mood for any kind of melodrama... So just tell me why are you here? What do you want? He said coldly yet his voice reflected the anger.
You she said, no...actually whispered looking at him.
Huh? He raised his brow confused, trying to understand what she said!
You she said again
What? This time he aksed louder.
"You asked me what do i want?
So I'm just telling the answer!
I want you! " She said making his eyes go wider and he felt his ears going deaf!
This woman who left him years ago,as if she wouldn't come back ever is now saying that she wants him? Why?
Excuse me? He let out a humorless chuckle and stood up from his place. While she followed.
Ain't I the same man who ditched you with a woman. He said,and she closed her eyes as his words stabbed her hard. And she knew he's right! Coz this was what she has always been thinking about him. She sighed.
Ain't i the same man,who rushed for another woman leaving his own wife? He said again, and she felt her eyes filling with tears at every word, every sentence he spoke.
Ain't i the same man who you left because he has low character? Ain't i the same man who - before he could complete she stopped him. She stopped him as her heart was falling apart....she couldn't hear anything anymore. She was already repenting in guilt and his words added more. She turned him towards her,facing him. And looked into his eyes.
I know... I know...i have made a bluder. And now that's why i am here to mend all those mistakes Omkara. She said with her shaking voice. He knew she's crying but he kept his stone face look at her coldly.
