She had absolutely no idea,about ananya and angel madam being one and the same. And since, anu was suffering with heart disease, Ananya and Sahil tried their best to hide it from Omkara,especially until his wedding took place. They knew he would go mad. It was Sahil who used to talk to Omkara more, than anu. Coz when it comes to pain,anu couldn't control it in front of her omi. So it was always the name angel madam,gauri listened to. She did hear the name anu but too rarely . Ananya's condition got worse with time, and being busy with her treatments, they hardly talked to Omkara, as hiding truth from him was one reason. They didn't want to spoil his newly married life.
Tell me didn't i ask you to come with me, when anu and sahil came in town? Did i hide it from you? Or did i visit them without you? Omkara said politely yet his voice reflected that hurtful feeling.
Gauri stood silent as she knew the answer to his questions. She doesn't need anything explanation from him, especially now but still she was listening to him coz she knew how much did he need to be listened to. She was listening to his every damn word,which she was supposed to do earlier .
May be this is one way to help him get rid off the heaviness of his heart and also to let her regretful feeling decrease a little more.
"I know..." That were the Only words she sobbed with. He too was crying but it's just it wasn't for very much visible on his face, yet the redness of his eyes spoke volumes.
Flashback --------
(Almost after 2 months since they got married)
"Gauri... Finally My friends are in town...and they've invited us tomorrow at their place." Said omkara,to gauri who was busy reading her files.
"Oh wow.... But...there's a little problem. Umm...i have an important case so i can't promise. I'm really sorry Omkara." Gauri said apologizing.
"Oh..okay...no worries we'll visit them some other day." Omkara responded back.
"Umm... But you go and visit them. You've waited for long already." She said while he just smiled.
"But they invited us together...and if i would go without my wife,they would surely kick my ass off their home"." He said chuckling while gauri too laughed.
"I'm sorry....i spoiled your-- gauri was about to say when he cut her saying - " Come on gauri... I understand. Don't be sorry." He said smiling at her.

"Even that day..... when i came to pick you up from hospital , you got an urgent meeting. That day too i skipped meeting them just making up my own excuse of being busy just because i didn't want you to feel bad for cancelling the plan again." He reminded her.
"And still my wife says i -" omkara shut his eyes without completing.
"I know that." Gauri whispered.
"Then what happened suddenly...belle?" He asked painfully,looking into her eyes. She felt her ears going numb on that word belle again. Everytime he calls her with this name, it gives her the most loveable feeling. " How did you even think, that i would --" He again left it midway.
At that moment of time, when 'belle' hit her ears,she felt like throwing herself in his arms,and cry for a while peacefully, saying nothing and soothing her heart.
"After angel's birth,i was already messed up mentally so badly, and...... and since we ...i mean I didn't use to talk to you much after that day .
It just made it worse for me that may be I...started assuming things." Gauri tried explaining him.
