Chapter 68: The event that ended it all. (part 2)

*Third person's POV*

In a sudden, a great impact hits their car. A loud banged filled their ears. The screech of tires clearly heard as it tries harden enough to control and stop. The truck itself swerved as their car stumbled twice and thrown away by the truck that hits it. A woman let out terrified shout inside the car, embracing her child tightly, protecting her from harm but the impact made it impossible to cover her. The car turns upside down as it thrown at the edge of the street. Broken glasses of windows stray on the road. It's awful as the left side of the car are hardly hit and it's totally crumpled. You can't tell if anyone in it is still alive with that cruel car crash.

As the rescue get to the place of this tragic event, pulling out the two dead body of adults and a girl that still have a pulse but too weak. They've done CPR to recover it.

The ambulance headed to the hospital to mend the girl's lifeless body that dripping of blood that you can imagine if she will make it or not.

Katy's POV

I have a bad feeling right now. It's not that I'm tense or excited but there's something that happened that not in the plan. I wake up Shannon, shaking her softly as we are already landed. She rubbed her eyes to wipe the sleep on it.

"Were here?" Shannon asked.

I nod in reply and buckle up to get out of the plane. I put on my covers not to notice by nosey paps.

The airport fills of lot of people watching and waiting for their flights. We sat on a free bench at the corner while waiting for Jonathan signs as earlier I've got a message from Sarah that they're on their way. A woman sat beside Shannon with at her phone talking to someone.

She looks annoyed as it's obviously seen.

"I'm already here. Yeah.... Traffic..? Oh, an accident.. Okay.." She said and let out a sighed. "That's terrible." she added.

I scoped my phone in my pocket and dialed Sarah's digits but it's unattended. So, I dialled Gabby's then as she picks up on the second ring.

"Kate, what's up?" She said.

"We're already here Gab."

"They still haven't there yet? I thought they've already there." She said obliviously.

"No, not yet. It's okay we will wait." I said.

"Okay. I call you then. Aunt is in the other line. Bye, see you later." She said and hanged up.

"Still no sign?" Shannon asked.

"They're on their way." I said but have a feeling that something bad will happen.

30 Minutes later my phone rang and it's gabby.

"Kate!!" She said in a terrified cry that I've never heard before. 

My body tensed up, feeling that there's something wrong.

"Gab? Why, why are you crying?" I said wondering.

"There's an-- an..acci-ident Kate..--" Gabby stammers that I can't even understand she's telling me scared traces her voice between sobs.

"Gabby? Is everything alright?" I reply faltering as I grasp at Shannon's arm. Shannon stares at me confusingly of what was Gabby's telling.

"No." Gabby said.

"Gabby, just cut it to the chase. I'm already nervous." I said running my hand on my messy bun hair.

"I'm here at the hospital Kate, M-mom and Dad are..." She sobs that I can't even comprehend what she's saying and my heart is already palpating violently.
