Fishing

i think i was born
to fish for things
i'll never be able to catch

it's sad, but also not.

even though i'm destined to
never catch a fish
i pick up so many trinket
and rocks
and plants

some may call it useless junk, but it's not.

a lost coin bring good luck
some rocks hold specks of gold
and every plant brings life

i may never catch a fish
but i think that's ok.
