"So...when will I get to meet my future sister in law?" Jihyo asked Jeongyeon without looking at her sister while packing her stuff. "The what?" Jeongyeon bulged her eyes, stopping her busied hands from helping Jihyo packing her stuff. Jihyo's leaving to the States since her vacation period has ended. The girl hated to go, but she's used to it. "Oh come on, don't play pretend. I know you brought her to The Tree yesterday." Jihyo blurted out. "Hold up. How did you know?" Jeongyeon narrowed her eyes looking towards Jihyo who's still not looking at Jeongyeon. "Did you and Momo creeping up on me yesterday?! That's it. I'm gonna knock Momo's out for getting into your head." Jeongyeon hold up her fist punching Jihyo's back pack. "Okay calm down unnie. One, Momo unnie has nothing to do with how I knew and two, ew why would i go creeping on you on your date when there's a high chances of me seeing you and your girlfriend sucking each other's faces?" Jihyo made a disgusting face getting a throw of a ball of socks from Jeongyeon. "One of the barista Joy called me." Jihyo continues. "She said you were there with a girl. Not that she's trying to meddle with your business or whatever but I think she's just surprised seeing you there? You haven't been there for couple of months right? Joy has been texting and asking me what happen to her beloved boss, how would I even know? That silly girl. And then suddenly one day you walked through the cafe's door with some girl. I mean, what do you expect? Of course they were surprised seeing their forever alone lady boss whose never bring anyone there popping up at the cafe door with a hot date. I would be fangirling too. Maybe Joy got a little too excited seeing you with your heart-eyes puppy love sick face looking so smitten by the girl. Is she that pretty?" Jeongyeon went silent but a wide smile crept onto her face. "Oh god smitten is an understatement, you're head over heels for the girl. No need to answer me. Your face says it all." Jihyo stopped packing and looking straight towards her sister, grinning widely. "Don't look at me like that. Wipe that grin off your face Hyo. Okay yes I admit it I like her. A lot. And now she's my girlfriend, that's all you got to know." Jeongyeon explained earning a gasp from Jihyo who's covering her agape mouth. "I didn't know you can flirt? Dear lord thank you for the news I thought my sister going to grow old alone!" Jihyo over dramatically looking up faking a tears with her hands in a prayer states mocking the girlfriend news that Jeongyeon just reveal. Jeongyeon was about to tackle her sister but Jihyo was fast enough realizing that Jeongyeon will make a move to jump on her so Jihyo bolted before Jeongyeon got to grasp her hand. "Come here you little rascal!"

"Do you think dad is okay?" Jihyo asked her sister, a sound of concern lingers in the sentence. "What is there not to be okay?" Jeongyeon answered, munching on her cereal not looking at the younger one. After the short breaks from packing and chasing each other's around the house for quite the minute, both decided to rest for some snack in the kitchen. Jeongyeon was sitting on a high stool on the kitchen bar facing the younger one. "Unnie. What about the marriage? You haven't discuss with dad about it, and now you suddenly have a girlfriend. Don't you want to talk through it? With him?" You guys always do this and I'm always stuck in the middle." Jeongyeon stopped eating and put her spoon down. She raised her head looking at her baby sister and recognized the looks immediately. It's a look of disappointment. The last time she saw Jihyo's pair of sad eyes in front of her was when Jeongyeon had a fight with her dad over her dad wanting Jihyo to come home for good. The argument didn't end so well, but Jihyo managed to convince her dad's that staying in the States and having her dream career there is enough for her and Jihyo is happy as it is. The two Yoos ended up didn't talk for a month after the debate. It frustrates Jihyo a lot that she wasn't there to notice since when Jeongyeon and her dad were always at each other's throats. Her sister was always the one who follows whatever she was told to but now Jeongyeon's responds was easily turns cold towards everything her dad's said. Jihyo knew if she told Jeongyeon that their dad brought up the same issue again, the two would've clawed each other's face, so she decided to keep it to herself. "Hyo, look at me." Jeongyeon straighten her body posture, still sitting. "Don't stress over something that you shouldn't stress over with. I'm not asking you to distance yourself away from this family because god knows I would do anything to have you to stick with this family. But this time, let me handle this. I know dad. We might had some arguments over this thing but trust me, I'll sort it out. I promise you we will be civil okay? I know you're always on my side but deep down you can't not taking up dad's side too. You're our baby. We're just two stupid adults who has some problem in controlling our ego. I admit that but don't rub it around my face. I'll talk to dad tomorrow. You're going away again, don't leave with a worry heart got it? Now let's finish the packing while I'm still feeling like helping. Come on sis." Jihyo flashed a gummy smile and walk down the hall with Jeongyeon's arm around her shoulder.
