Nishinoya Yuu - Soulmates

[y/n] was having a quiet time sitting at her desk, daydreaming before homeroom started. That is, until a couple of people starting whispering about something that intrigued her.

"Have you figured out on who your soulmate is yet?"

"I did! And it's actually the girl I have a crush on! I was walking home with her and she trip and scraped her knee and guess what? The same injury appeared on my knee too!"

"Whoa, that's awesome, dude! You should totally confess to her soon!"

"Okurmara-san, is your crush your soulmate?"

"No.. When I saw him smash his fingers into a door, I didn't feel anything, but another girl near by did.."

"Hsss, yikes. I'm sorry buddy."

Ah, yes, soulmates. In this world, you get to find your one and only soulmate by one getting hurt and the other getting the same injury by just standing there.

Everyone around [y/n] was getting into relationships and finding their soulmate rather quickly, but for her, she had no luck recently.

The [h/c] girl just sighs to herself and continues daydreaming.

Later that day, a certain short orange haired boy greeted [y/n] inside her classroom.

"[y/n], you're coming to watch our practice today, right!?" He shouted at the entrance which caused everyone to stop and stare.

The said girl's face turns beat red in embarrassment from her best friend's loudness.

She nodded her head and stood up from her desk, making her way out the classroom door with Hinata.

The two walked side by side with a few conversations here and there.

"So, Sho-chan, did you find your soulmate yet?" She asked with a teasing grin.

Hinata shook his head with sadness. "No, not yet.." He said. "I'm kinda scared though because I don't want to get hurt."

[y/n] slightly laughs. "You'll find someone someday, and hopefully it's not a terrible injury."

A slight of hope shined in the boy's eyes. "What about you, [n/n]-chan? Have you found anyone yet?"

The girl sighs. "With the luck I have, not in the slightest bit."

"Oh.." Hinata trailed off, regretting he even asked.

"Its fine, Sho-chan. I don't think I'm fit for love anyway." The [h/c]ette tried to reassure her best friend.

Practice started and [y/n] sat next to Kiyoko and the others on the bench while she did some of her homework.

Shouting could be heard and the girl lifted up her head to see what the commotion is all about.

"DO YOU THINK KIYOKO-SAN WILL BE MY SOULMATE??! COME ON HURT ME AND WE'LL SEE, BUT NOT TO HARD WHERE IT MIGHT HURT HER!!" Tanaka shouted in excitement. Daichi sighed with a look of disapprovment, but not surprised.

Ennoshita walks over to the baldy and smacked him uptop the head.

"Ow, what the hell, Ennoshita??"

"Stop being ridiculous and get back to practice." He demanded.

"Oh, do me, do me next!" Nishinoya piped up as he looked excited also. Ennoshita sighs, just liked the captain did not to long ago.

"Step aside, I'll handle this." Sugawara pushed Ennoshita to the side to do this himself. Noya just giggles as he's waiting for a response from Kiyoko.

Sugawara cracked his fingers and then chopped the top of the younger's head with his hand and much force.

Nishinoya held his head in pain. "Shit, that hurt as hell!"

At the same time, a little high pitched squeak came from over the bench and everyone instantly turned their heads.

Shit. [y/n] thought as she tried to keep her cool despite the throbbing pain ontop of her head. I wasn't expecting to find my soulmate so soon, and it being noya-senpai at that.

Nishinoya's face lit up in happiness. "Kiyoko-san, that was you right?! Please tell me that was you!"

The ravenette shook her head and pointed at the girl next to her.

[y/n]'s eyes widen in realization. Fuck. "Thanks for selling me out, Kiyoko-senpai." She whispered. Kiyoko just giggles.

Everyone else just stood there speechless.

Then Tanaka came over and put the short boy into a head lock and ruffled his head with his knuckles. "Well, look at you, going into a relationship before I do, you lil brat."

The poor girl just looks away shyly while blushing as Nishinoya just keeps staring at her and from the attention from everyone else.

"I GOT MYSELF A SOULMATE!" Noya shouted as he lifts his arms in the air.

[y/n] just giggles at the boy's silliness.

Noya walks closer to the blushing girl with a smile in his face. "Would you like to go out with me, [l/n]-san?" A small tint of pink formed over his cheeks.

The said girl just smiles back, couldn't be any happier than to be with her crush since middle school.

"I would love to, Yuu."
