Ushijima Wakatoshi - Encouragement

"Tendou-kun, you can do it! You can block Ushijima-kun's spike! I believe in you!" [y/n] shouted to encourage Tendou and the others as one of the role as manager.

"Awe, you're so sweet, [l/n]-chan~" Tendou said as he went to jump up and block Ushijima's spike, who was on the other side of the net. Fortunately, the redhead was able to, it's probably just a fluke but eh.

"Oh, oh! [L/n]-san, encourage me next! I bet I can do better than Tendou-senpai and Ushjima-senpai combined!" Goshiki shouted as Shirabu just whacks the top of the younger's head.

[y/n] just giggles and did as she was told. "Goshiki-kun, I believe in you! I believe you can spike past Kawanishi-kun's block!"

Goshiki blushed and smiled in happiness as he jumped in the air to spike the ball, but only getting blocked in the end with Tendou suddenly joining Kawanishi in the block.

The redhead just laughs at the younger who had an upset face.

[y/n] giggles as the boy's silliness but was intrupted by Ushijima who walked over to her.

The girl tilted her head in confusion. "What is it, Ushijima-kun?"

The said boy only looked at the girl with his normal straight face. "[L/n]-san, encourage me too."

The said girl stiffened in surprise with wide eyes. "H-Huh? O-Okay.."

"Oh, what's this about, Ushijima-san?" Tendou teased with eyebrows raised.

Ushijima went back to the "court" as Semi threw the ball for Shirabu to set for Ushijima to spike.

"Ushijima-kun, b-blast through the blockers like you mean it!!" The girl slightly shouted with a bit of a stutter. Her face slightly red from embarrassment.

The captain did, but slightly too forcefully.

Tendou furrowed his eyebrows and shook his hand in pain, same with Kawanishi. "Ah, what the hell, Ushijima? You seriously could've snapped my hand off."

"Sorry.." Was only the captain said as [y/n] giggles.

The next day, [y/n] was happily on her way to go eat lunch with Tendou, Shirabu, and Ushijima outside, but was stopped by a bunch of girls that look pissed off.

"So, you're the manager of the boy's volleyball team, huh?" The one in the middle spoke, assuming she's the "leader" of the group.

[y/n] slightly nodded her head nervously with a sweatdrop as she held her bento close to her chest.

"Do you think you're some kind of big shot just because you're their manager?" The girl in the middle grabbed a hold of [y/n]'s collar.

"Who do you think you are that you can steal the boy's from us?! Huh?!" The bitch yelled as she held [y/n] off the ground, holding her by her collar, slightly choking her. "WE'RE THEIR ONE AND ONLY, THEIR PRINCESS AND YOU THINK YOU CAN TAKE THEM AWAY FROM US?!!"

The [h/c]ette struggled from the girl's grasp of her collar, trying to break free, trying to get air back into her lungs. A tear rolled down the younger's left eye. Why is she hurting me over something so selfish?

"Ugh, you selfish bitch!" The girl yelled as she threw [y/n] at the hard wall, her bento spilling out and onto the dirty floor.

[y/n] coughed and wheezed a few times to get air back in her lungs. She groaned in pain when a foot harshly stepped onto her stomach, keeping her in place against the hard wall.

The bitch twisted her foot around on the younger's stomach with a devilish grin. "We'll make you learn your lesson of messing with us and our boys."

[y/n] looked up at the girl with a face mixed with anger and pain. Speak up, dammit! Do something instead of keeping your mouth shut like you always do!

The older took out a pocket knife and held it against the [h/c]ette's neck with the same devilish grin. "Let's see how you like this, huh?"

[y/n]'s eyes widen in fear and started hyperventilating.

"What's going on here?" A familiar voice spoke up.

The bitch turned around with wide eyes. "Wakatoshi-kun! I-uh, I- she-" the girl kept stuttering as Ushjima just stared at her with a blank face. [y/n] looked up at the boy with hope in her eyes that he'll save her.

"Wakatoshi-kun, she's trying to take you away from me!" The girl shrieked and [y/n] cringed.

"Don't call me that." He simply said as he started walking forward, pushing past the bitch and stopping infront of the younger girl.

"Are you hurt?" He asks in his monotone voice as he held out his hand.

[y/n] shook her head and grabbed a hold of the boy's large hand, helping her up off the floor.

The bitch stood far behind them with wide eyes of shock.

"Come, let's clean you up." Ushijima said as he led the girl to the bathroom carefully.

As [y/n] cleaned herself up in the bathroom, she met up with Ushijima outside to continue their lunch.

Ushijima held out his bento in front of the girl. The [h/n]ette held a puzzled look.

"Take it, I'm not hungry." He simply said.

[y/n] hesitantly takes it and glanced up at the boy, making sure if it's really alright. "You sure, Ushijima-kun?" The said boy hums in response.

The two sat together on a bench that was against the wall of the school in awkward silence. The girl quietly and slowly eating out of the older's bento box.

"Thank you.." She softly said with a small blush.

"You were hurt, I had to help."

It was silence again.

"[l/n]-san, can I ask you something?"

The said girl nodded her head shyly.

Ushijima pauses for awhile which made [y/n] look at him. "Would you go out with me..?" He asks rather quietly.

[y/n]'s widen in shock. She sat up straight as her face became a blushing mess. She nodded her head multiple times. "Y-Yes, I would love too!"

Tendou came around the corner with Shirabu. "Whoa, what's this about, Ushijima?!"
