Early the next morning the three boarded the plane and took off for warmer weather. Landing in Molokai just after twelve thirty. From there it was just a fifteen minute trip by open top jeep to Grants house. She warned them it would be a little musty being as she has been gone for so long. They got there and found it spotless with fresh flowers and groceries along with a note from her cousin welcoming her home and thanking her for letting her use it when she getting her house fixed.
"Whats first? You two tell me. I am going to leave the packing for the nights or when were napping. Trust me your going to want to nap. The sun can be brutal. Its two rooms. Who is going where? I don't have a big bed here" Grant rambled on. Eden noticed how uncertain she was so she went to her and put Grants arms around her and just snuggled in.
"I don't care. What about moving the mattresses out here in front of the fire place? That way we all get sleep. I'm getting addicted to sleeping the way we have been for the last two nights" Bull admitted.
"We can do that later. Its best if we don't go to the beach between now and like three. The sun is a bit much. So that leaves eating or going into town. I know I want a shower. I want to show you my island. Its hard. I can show you the tourist stuff or I can show you the island I know. You two choose. I do have something scheduled for the three of us the day before we leave. Now that we have five days or possibly seven depending on the plane. That gives us more time." Grant informed them.
Eden perked up when she heard shower. "Shower please. I want to get clean. Wash my hair. Get some sun. I personally just want to be. Take me where ever you want. I am going to enjoy this. Bull ideas?" Eden asked him pulling his hand into her's, putting it at the small of her back. That brought him closer to her and Grant. She smiled at him.
" I want food. I have been craving some fresh stuff and that basket with fruit is calling my name. I'm taking over the kitchen and making us lunch. Then I'm down with anything." Bull told them coming up to stand behind Eden. He had gotten used to this from her. She seemed to want them both close. Grant in front of her him behind. Like she felt safer this way and he would do it. He rested his hands on her hips and began to rub circles with his thumbs. He knew she was still tense and wanted to relax her. Grant nodded at him and did the same with Edens shoulders.
Before long Eden was glassy eyed and boneless from being so calm and able to breathe easy for the first time in a long time. Bull picked her up and placed her on the couch by the time her head hit the pillow she was out. Grant took off her sandals and jeans, and then undid her shirt. Leaving her in her panties and bra.
Grant went in for a shower while Bull pulled off what he was doing in her tiny kitchen. Its not like she used it much anyways. She same out to find him chopping a bunch of fruit and marinating some sort of fish. "please tell me that there is chicken or pork or beef in there? Be warned I don't do seafood. I know kill me. I was raised here and I don't do it." Grant told the man grabbing a piece of pineapple that no doubt came from her pals place just up the road.
"Yeah I seen some chicken in there. I can do that. I on the other hand love it. So does She" Bull said pointing his chefs knife at the couch " Doll went out like a light. Maybe today should just be a short trip to the beach, good food, Wine for her. There is beer in there for us. Maybe roast some marshmallows later. I checked the weather its going to rain tomorrow and tonight is going to be chilly. So if we start a fire we will be toasty. I will take care of dinner. We will need to get supplies. I want to cook for us if you don't mind the entire time were here. I have not had access to such fresh stuff in years" He admitted.
"Sure. When princess gets up we take a trip to get stuff. I need to get boxes and tape and totes. Its going to suck leaving this place. I don't want to sell but I cant afford to buy a place in Montana and keep up this. I own this outright. My grandfather left it to me but I want a place in Montana being as I'm out of work right now I need to do something." She revealed.
