Eclipstar's Fury (Book Two)

"Misty are you ready?" I ask her. "Yeah. There is something I have to tell you." She said sounding serious.

I paused wearing my boots to look at her. "What is it?" I ask. " It's about your necklace. Its very special once you loose it you can say bye to the sane Eclipstar and welcome the insane Eclipstar. " she said.

"I don't understand." I said. Sighing she muttered under breath, 'you sure don't know anything'

"Most people are born with powers like your siblings. Some, the powers chose them and you are one of the few of them. Those that their powers chose them, they need something to suppress their power." She looked at my necklace.

"Your case is...something I..I can't say but in order to suppress one's power, there is a bonding between two. The two people's powers are bonded together and kept in a special item."

"If the other partner dies, the other will go insane loosing control if their power."  She looked sadly to me.

"So is that why Caelen said I shouldn't let negative emotions take control of me." I asked and she nodded her head.

"Don't tell anyone, especially him I told you this." She pleaded. "Promise me you will not take negative emotions take control of you." She said. "I promise." I assured her.

I could see everyone was ready by the time I reached the training ground. Michael and Theo were dressed in war suits and I can say it fit them.

My sisters of course chose to wear a body suit like me. "Hey, mon fleur you are here." Michael kissed my cheek.

"Where is Caelen and Isabel?" I asked them. "They said they are coming." Ezra said petting Red's head while Blue had himself tied on Ezrat neck.

"Remember what I told you." Misty said and  I nodded. Soon enough Caelen and Isabel made their way towards us and Isabel climbed herself on Caelen. I didn't like it one bit. There is something about her that makes me always alert when I come close to her.

"How long does it take to go by foot?" I asked. "If we walk it will take four days and flying takes three days." Michael said folding his arms.

Flying like seriously, what do they take us for some slaves. We are not doing that job. Blue hissed angrily showing his displeasure. It's not they have a choice.

'in draconis' we three siblings said at once and pets turned into dragons according to our elemental powers. Blue had an aqua blue scale with the water symbol on her forehead.

Red had fiery red scales with a reddish orange wing and had  the fire symbol on his forehead.

Misty had a blue and white scale with white being the colour of her wing and blue from her neck to her chest to her tail. Her back was blue as well as her feet. She looked at me with her wide blue icy eyes.

"Well, who is going with me?" I asked and Michael immediately moved to my side."I am riding with you."he said grinning. "Okay hop on." I said.

'sedere deorsum' I commanded Misty. Now I look like a dog for you to command me right. Misty growled scaring Michael.

"What's wrong with her? Doesn't she know me?" He asked hiding behind me. "She knows you.. She just angry I told her to sit." I pet her neck.

"Okay I got scared." He said. "Caelen are we going to ride those creatures?"  Isabel asked him with a little disgust but he wasn't anywhere to be seen.

'Oh you are looking for your lover? He is sitting on me.' Misty snickered.

I look above to see him already sitting comfortable on Misty with a smirk on his face. I hesitated before sitting on Misty.

Isabel had a frown on her face when she saw Caelen sitting behind me and he wrapped his hands on my waist.

"What's the meaning if that?" I said annoyed. If I had known I wouldn't have let them change. Let's go Misty  I told her and she flapped her large wings and took off. With time we were soaring in the air.

"Why don't we change? You've been awake for hours now."  I asked Caelen.
When we were about going he insisted on taking over so I had no choice but to allow him.

"I am fine am nor sleepy at all." He yawned. I shook my head at him. Is he being silly or serious.

"Hey Caelen. How far are we from the dark forest?" I ask him to see him asleep while leaning on my chest.

He looked like a child when asleep. His hair covered his face. His sculptured face was on my shoulder.

I run my hand through his white hair and was surprisingly smooth.

" We have to land somewhere the weather isn't too good." I told My sisters behind and they nodded.

Following their lead,I swooped low reaching the top of the tree  before lowering Misty in between them and she landed safely on the ground.

The rest got down and started gathering sticks for a camp fire. I had to scout the area for any unusual movements and any possible threats. When I was sure the place was safe I headed back to camp.

"I am starving, Caelen." Isabel said once she saw me coming and rubbed her chest on his arm. Jeez can those two do it in private.

"What were your findings?" Theo sit beside me holding  what  I assumed to be a blade. It shined once the fire's light touched it.

"According to what I saw, we can only be on land for six hours but more than that am afraid we would be in danger. "    

"Since I came here, I've been smelling some traces of dark magic lingering within this vicinity and I want to assume something is watching us or one of us here is using dark magic." I said creating ice flakes in my palm.

I watch everyone's expressions and I caught a strange look on Isabel's face. She seemed suspicious to me.  Starting from  appearing in Caelen's life and going on this journey with us. "Custodiet eam mihi: sufficit mihi suspectum seesse videtur. ego suo non habeat fiduciam. Quia erit tibi hoc pro me, Misty?

(Watch over her for me, she seems suspicious enough  i don't trust her will you do that for me, Misty?) i looked at Isabel who was smiling at Caelen.

 It doesn't make sense. Why would she just appear like that and smell of dark magic. When i said dark magic she had an unusual look on her face. Looks like i have to be wary of her." Lets rest for an hour or two I have something to check." I got up  and moved to Misty. Lets go girl. I hop on her and off we went.
