Ring around the Rosie
Tulips and daisiesTake my hand
Oh, my but what a shameRing around the Rosie
Tulips and daisiesThey say they found her in the sewer
Severely severedRing around the Rosie
Tulips and daisiesCouldn't find her head, they said
Gold has me solidRing around the Rosie
Tulips and daisiesGolden locks and pink lips
Oh how pretty she wasRings around the Rosie
Tulips and daisiesI told her not to scream
I'm oh so sorryRing around the Rosie
Tulips and daisiesHidden in a vault beside my bed
Could never find the rest of her, they saidRing around the Rosie
Pulled apart and obliviatedOh how fun
Time for the funeral, they saidThere lay a photograph of Rosie
Golden locks and pink lipsContent with myself I leave
Shaking the hands of her father, embracing her distressed motherAs I walk back home to Rosie
Hidden in a vault beside my bedOh how fun it was
Adorned around her graveTulips and daisies.
