*****

"Drop it."

Kate only stared at Linda like she was insane. "What?!"

"You heard me. Drop it."

"He killed my brother!"

"Too bad, so sad! Robin, help me out!"

Robin looked at his friends. "He's one of us," he explained calmly.

"What?" John demanded.

"I said he's one of us."

Guy was honestly at a loss for words. He blinked repeatedly, scared to say the least. The outlaws looked from their leader, to Linda, to Guy, and then back at Robin again. Kate let out a strangled cry and sunk her sword next to Guy's head, and he sighed in relief. Kate did take the luxury, though, in kicking Guy hard on the side, making him groan in response. Linda throw her sword to the side and started to lunge at Kate. Allan met her first.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa, Linda. Let's not shed any blood, eh?" he said calmly, pushing her back by grabbing her shoulders.

"I warned her, Allan. I told her not to touch him or else I would kill her."

"I had no idea you were serious!" Kate exclaimed.

"Bien sûr, je étais sérieux, salope stupide!" Linda yelled in French, and Guy raised his eyebrows and let his jaw drop.

Kate frowned, not understanding what Linda said. She simply growled at Kate. "Salope geignard," she muttered again in French, thrusting a hand out for Guy to take. He blinked in utter shock, soon taking it and accepting her help.

"Come on," Robin said to his friends, guiding a raging Kate away. Allan chuckled blankly and smiled, shooting Linda a "good luck" look before running off with Much. John shook his head and gripped his staff tightly, talking to Tuck in anger. It was just Linda and Guy. He gulped and slowly turned to her.

"Li—"

A loud cracking sound pierced the air, and Guy's head snapped to the side. His cheek burned, and he rubbed it with a groan, looking at her in disbelief. She shook her hand with a hiss.

"Sorry, just... just had to make sure you were real," she explained softly.

Guy nodded. "No, you're fine. I deserved that."

"Didn't you, though?"

Before he could react, Linda slapped him again, harder than before. His cheek burned more than before, and he had a feeling his cheek was going to be swollen. He groaned again, but didn't rub his cheek this time. He knew she needed to let her anger out, but that didn't mean that he wasn't going to try and talk to her.

"Look, I re—"

And then she was kissing him, her hands pressed to the sides of his face. He was momentarily shocked, eyes widening before his they fluttered to a close and he settled into the kiss, snaking his arms around her waist and picking her up, spinning her around in a circle.

"I found you," she croaked, her eyes watering.

"I found you first," Guy responded, trailing his thumb over her cheek and setting her down on the floor. "Not a day went by where I didn't think about you."

"Likewise," she responded, her forehead resting on his, her hands on his chest. "I've missed you, Guy."

"I can tell," he said with a smirk. "I've missed you, too."
