~Diplomas signed, hands shook, smiles exchanged, and hats thrown into the air shaped the familiar term we know as graduation. However, for the two souls we were bound to remember and witness their endeavors, it was a sign of change. Of letting go past memories to create new ones that would inevitably be sufficiently more significant than anything else combined. Sure, it was nerve wracking to endure individually, but it was something that couldn't be avoided. Even for the dorky blondes who's souls were made for each other. They don't call it trials and tribulations for no reason. Everything in this world had a reasoning component engraved into it and with unanswered choices being made with lack of consideration in other people's perspectives, it made the journey a living hell. However, all the worth while and as the fateful day finally arrived with nothing but an elegant banquet prepared for all of the successful students Ayla had found herself right in front of her mirror admiring none other than her embroidered dress.~

Gosh the beauty this holds.. mom would've loved it. She really would've loved it.

"It's my time mom..our time. We've been waiting for this day for forever" ayla whispers to herself, smiling.

"Ayla?! Aylaaa!!! Open the doorrr we have to help you get ready!! and the banquet is in like an hour so I'm going to have to do a real crunch time on your hair!!" Josie whines, knocking on her door.

Sometimes I wonder why I invite them over, but then again I'm not shocked at the way my head works.

"Coming! You don't have to be all pushy" Ayla sighs, rushing down the stairs, eventually opening the door.

"Ah, you're not even dressed yet?!" Josie shakes her head, walking in.

"Hello to you too" ayla rolls her eyes, closing the door.

"Please explain why you're not in your evening gown but still in your sweats with a messy pony tail whipped up in your hair!!" Josie crosses her arms.

"Ok first of all, my sweats are amazing I've had them for two years, very durable. Second of all, my hair is in a pony tail because I just got home an hour ago from making a trillion phone calls!" ayla rolls her eyes, walking up the stairs.

"I texted you two hours ago! Get ready get ready get ready get ready! What point didn't you understand?" Josie groans, walking upstairs as well.

"I think it was the part where you didn't give two shits about my text I sent back! I'm busy I'm busy I'm busy!" ayla shakes her head, walking to her closet.

"Whatever, I can't let this dispute ruin our perfect night and quite possibly our last night together sweets" Josie smiles, holding Ayla's shoulders.

"Aw, honey we'll see each other soon I'm sure of it.. you just have to tell me all about London ok?" ayla smiles, turning around to face her.

"Of course, can't lose the one person who kept me going all of these years" Josie smiles, looking at her.

"You won't I promise" she nods, turning back around to put her dress on.

"Speaking of people who kept you going..have you talked to surfer boy lately?" Josie nods, sitting on her bed.

"No..why?" ayla sighs, finally getting the dress on.

"Oh nothing really I just figured that since it's kinda like our last chance to be with one another..we would put shit aside" josie whispers, rubbing her thumbs together.

"There's nothing I need to say to him let alone forget about..he attempted to sabotage my entire college application, besides I told him I loved him and he still went back to her.." Ayla whispers, putting her heels on.
