Cas pulls Dean into another tight hug and breaths in his scent to reassure himself that this is, in fact, real. This is all actually happening. He smiles into Dean's shoulder when the omega hugs back; placing one hand at the base of his angel's neck softly and the other on his back, just below his wings."I'm-" Castiel pauses for a moment in an attempt to not burst out in tears. "I'm sorry, I just-" He takes in an deep breath. "I've only re-enacted this over and over again over the past three years.. just, well.. not in a cell."
Dean laughs into his neck, warm breath tickling Cas' neck making the blue-eyes twinkle from a smile as a small blush creeps up his cheeks. They stand together for quite some time, just enjoying their company together and how their scents mingle.
Eventually they sit down and lean against a wall, Cas pulling Dean into his lap making Dean turn red, but going along with it anyways. As far as he knows, this could be the only time he gets to see Cas. Dean might be taken away again, or killed, or something. Maybe Cas will be killed. Who knows; but Dean doesn't want to risk their time together just because of embarrassment due to an action he hasn't done in awhile.
Cas keeps his arms tight around Dean, dark wings following the action.
"Dean.." Cas starts, "You can't stay here. You don't deserve this; you should be back home taking care of Jack and having fun with your brother, and Gabe and Charlie and Jo," The alpha sighs. "This isn't a place for you. We need a way to get you out."
"Me? Cas, don't you mean we?" Dean asks.
"I don't see myself getting out of here, Dean. And I'm the one they really want, that's why they brought you here. To mess with me."
"When I escape, you're coming with me, Cas. No exceptions."
"Dean—Please," He pushes Dean back and rests a hand on his cheek. "I don't want you hurt anymore than you already have been."
Dean moves the hand away and glares at Castiel. "I'm not leaving here without you, Cas. If there's a window of escape, I'll take it. But only if you're coming with me. If not; then well I guess I gotta get comfy here."
"Why do you want to stay so bad, just for me?"
Dean looks away and says sadly, "Because I haven't seen you in years, Cas. I'm not planning on losing you again."
The words make Castiel's heart heavy. Dean will not leave him, no matter the risk. It renders him speechless. He pulls Dean back into a hug,
"You will never lose me, Dean. I wouldn't do that to you."
But Dean still doesn't believe him. For he said similar words three years ago.

"Gabriel, are you sure you're okay?"
"Yes I'm fine shut up about it." But of course he is not fine, every step he takes brings pain. He's in the "give birth" time range now, so this could be a red-flag situation.
Sam groans and stops. "No, you're not fine." he looks around and sighs when he spots a house just about a mile away. "Look, there's a house that way. We can stop by and see if we could stay the night. Okay?"
Gabriel groans this time. "Okay fine."
"Thank you" he looks to Jack, "Jackie, can you walk the rest of the way for me?" he nods. "Okay, thank you. Make sure to keep up, okay?"
He sets Jack down and walks up behind Gabe, suddenly picking him up. Gabriel protests but Sam pretends he can't hear him. Jack manages to keep up the whole way, happy to stretch his legs.
They knock on the door, it being opened almost immediately by a man with silver hair growing past his ears. He doesn't look old, but he also doesn't look young.Sam smiles and greets him.
"Hi, my name is Sam and this is my mate Gabriel, my nephew Jack, we were just wondering if we could stay the night? We've been walking awhile and still have a long way to go."
The man's face scrunches up. "Angel.. and a half-breed.."
Sam's face grows pale. "I-I'm sorry, w-what did you say?"
He smiles. "Nothing, come on it."
Sam grows anxious as he steps into the house, making sure Jack stays close behind him.
"My name is Cain." he says. "I'm happy to provide a room for you two- uh, three."
"Thank you." Sam says.
As Cain shows them to their room, he speaks. "You are aware that he-" he gestures to a sleeping Gabriel. "Is nearing being in labor, yes?"
Sam sighs. "Yes I know, but our kingdom was just attacked and it's not safe to go back. I don't know when it will be..."
Cain bums in understanding. "Yes, I had to flee my own kingdom as well. It wasn't being attacked; no it was just.. too much for me. They used me for things I regret every day, and have nightmares about every night."
Sam looks at him curiously. "What is the london you speak of?"
"Hell." Sam's face pales again. Cain takes notice this time. "That's.. who's attacking your kingdom?"
"And who took my brother and his mate, along with many friends, and killed the king...!that's why my nephew is with me..."
"I see.. that's why you reek of angel, you're from Heaven."
"Yes.."
"Well, no worries. I left them long ago and have no interest in going back."
Sam leaves Gabe and Jack in the spare room and speaks with Cain.
"Jack is, as you say, a halfbreed. And so will be my own child. Me and my brother are human, while Gabriel and my brother's mate are angels."
Cain ponders before replying. "You are aware the power of half-breeds?"
Sam tilts his head in confusion. "No? Is there lore to it or something?"
"Half-breeds of an angel and a human are incredibly powerful, you must make sure they never get into the hands of Hell, for they will use it not for good."
But back in dungeons of Hell, a certain someone sprays a rut/heat-inducing musk into a cell containing only two people.
