Michael sat in his office waiting for the arrival of Jessie. He thought about the spanking and corner time he had given her the day before. Not to mention the sentences he had insisted she write.

Why he thought why was she the woman that made his blood run so hot. Then again if she did love him as he suspected had he ruined it all yesterday.

Then again what would he do today was it right of him to force and answer out of her. Just because of the special rules and power he now had over her.

He thought to himself how could I treat the woman I love like she was a child? That question haunted him but in his mind he was prepared to do what ever it took to make her his. He was after all convinced that she loved him as much as he loved her.

Meanwhile Jessie was dropping a very happy Jamie off at daycare. Honestly Jessie could not get over what an angel Jamie was becoming. She seemed so content being a baby. Jessie wondered to herself if Jamie had all but forgotten about writing her story.

Jamie was immediately disappointed to find that Carol was not at the daycare. She knew that if she was not here now she was not coming today. Just the same Jamie made her way to the playground and joined the other children. At least what was considered children in this town.

Meanwhile Jessie walked slowly to the school. Still not sure what she was going to do when Michael questioned her. Jessie did not want another spanking that was the only thing she was sure of.

As Jessie paused to gather herself in the parking lot she looked at her watch. She was pleased to have a few minutes before she had to be there. She did not want to be late again.

Jessie still not sure what she was going to say or do gathered her sentences and walked into the school.

Jessie made her way to Michael's office and knocked on the door.

She was surprised that she had to knock again before she was invited in.

"Hello Jessie how are you today young lady, do you have something for me?"

"Yes Sir I do I was up half the night writing the sentences."

Jessie then handed her work to Michael. He glanced at them with distain and tossed them in the garbage. Needless to say Jessie winced but did not say a word.

"Well baby girl are you ready to tell me the truth?"

Jessie was prepared for this and answered accordingly.

"Michael if I thought the truth would help us be together I would, but I assure you it will just drive us apart."

"So do I need to punish you more damn Jessie have you not had enough?"

Jessie then realized that she was in for another spanking if she did not speak up and tell it like it was.

"Michael are you prepared to beat me again if I do not tell you why I can not love you."

"First off little girl I did not beat you I spanked you. I assure you that I am more than prepared to do it again. I want the truth and I deserve it."

Jessie took a deep breath before speaking.

"Ok Michael you win but first I need your word on something. You want the truth I expect the truth from you?"

"I have never lied to you Jessie what is it that you need?"

"That whatever I tell you stay's here you repeat it to no one. The truth stays between me and you."

Michael did not know what she was saying but did not see it as a problem.

"Ok anything you say little girl I need to hear what you have to say."

"Michael then I need to have your word, your word that you will never tell anyone."

"Since when do you think you are in charge and can make conditions little girl?"

"Listen to me Michael unless you promise me and give me your word. You can spank me till the end of time and I am not talking."

Michael thought about what Jessie was saying. Suddenly he realized the consequences of his next action.

"Ok you have my word little girl now spill it?"

"Say it like you mean it Michael or I am telling nothing."

Michael suddenly realized that Jessie was not scared even though she knew what he could do to her.

"Jessie please I love you with all my heart tell me the truth you have my word I will tell no one."

"First off if you loved me Michael you would not have done what you did to me yesterday. I could understand under current rules your spanking me if I did something wrong. But beating me to get information was just plain wrong. As is my having to tell you the truth right now but I said I would."

"I was a reporter for a major newspaper. I wrote a story that identified the biggest hit man in America. He had killed for pay over sixteen people. I had all the proof and they arrested him."

"The fun part was just before he was to go to trial he escaped. Not before promising that if it took the rest of his life he would make my death something to remember. After that I was put into witness protection and ended up here. I could be forced to move at anytime. He makes his living killing people, and wants to kill me. That is the reason I broke it off with you. That is before I found out you were a jerk."

Michael was stunned but not without questions.

"Wait a second what about the girl Jamie she is your niece why is she in witness protection?"

"She is not in witness protection and she is not my niece. She is a reporter for the paper I used to work for. She is here to do a story about the things going on in this town."

"Now Michael I have told you the truth and want nothing more to do with you. Do I still have your word?"

"Yes Jessie you do, I am sorry for yesterday and now I understand. Please I will not bother you again you are dismissed."

Jessie made her way from the office quickly. By the time she hit the parking lot she was in tears. The words dismissed rang in her ears. She had bared her soul to the man she loved and now he had dumped her.
