Prince Christian of York and Lady Kitty Spencer engaged to be married

The Duke and Duchess of York are delighted to announce the engagement of His Royal Highness Prince Christian of York to Lady Kitty Spencer.
His Royal Highness and Lady Kitty Spencer became engaged while away for the weekend in South Africa earlier last year.
The wedding will take place in summer 2020. Further details will be announced in due course.
Prince Christian and Lady Kitty Spencer said, "Four years of togetherness just was not enough, so we decided to extend it just a little bit more. We are thinking of a lifetime together."
The Duke and Duchess of York said, "We are thrilled that Christian and Kitty have got engaged. We send them every good wish for a wonderful family future. May your life together be full of love, and may your love be full of life."
Charles Spencer, 9th Earl Spencer, and Victoria Lockwood said, "We are truly delighted about Christian and Kitty's engagement. Our family has known Christian for most of his life. We proud to have him join our family."
