Again and again...she was able to uphold her promise to God. She was able to cover each and every world where Michiyo was born in with red blood. She prided herself as the one who survived. She prided herself as the one worthy of standing by God's side because there's only her left. As long as Michiyo doesn't live through that day, Ranfa will never be able to break free from the prison where time never flowed forward or backward.
The girl with rat-like feature was willing to lose her humanity for the sake of keeping a promise that lasted for what felt like a never-stopping zoetrope. She's now a monster that had one goal in mind: Kill Michiyo, and force Ranfa back into the timeless prison. The story that should have ended in tragedy should stay a tragedy with no rewrite. She couldn't understand why the worlds were trying to allow Michiyo to rewrite her tragic story; Yuuki's story successfully got a happy ending...she couldn't allow Michiyo to have one.
Michiyo refused to die. Her will to live and to survive was stronger than anything. She told herself that everyone's fighting so she had to fight as well. She wanted to live with Todoroki and be happy with him.
The attacks from the black liquid never stopped. The liquids shot out at Michiyo, piercing through her body!
Ranfa looked over her shoulder, but she did not panic. She just focused on running to the monster, cutting away the liquids that came for her, and then cutting up the monster so many times that the core was forced to show up. She was about to cut the core too but the liquid pulled her two blades back, giving time for the core to go into hiding again.
"Tch."
"Foolish girl! Michiyo is stabbed and you're doing nothing about it! You heartless-"
"Who said she was stabbed?"
The monster gasped because she realized Ranfa's nothing than just a decoy for Michiyo. She looked back at Michiyo and she saw Michiyo grabbing the liquid and solidifying it with diamonds. Diamonds trailed along the arms, spreading to the body of the monster quickly!
Ranfa smirked and she cut the liquid that pulled her back with Michiyo's blade. "Diamond can cut through anything!" She used the blade to cut the liquid that held back the crimson colored blade and she ran away from the monster since Michiyo was solidifying the black liquid. Ranfa went back to Michiyo to cut away the solidified liquid that 'pierced; through her body. The monster can see holes from where Michiyo was impaled but why were blood missing?
"You...!" The monster realized what had happened!
Michiyo's palms were open but little by little, she was closing her fingers. "I can choose which part of me to turn into diamond dust."
'She saw where I was going to impale her and she chose those spots to turn into dust...!' The monster was shocked about how quick her reaction and accuracy was! What kind of training did she go through to gain this level of cleverness while in action!
"Argh...!!!" Michiyo covered the liquefied monster in diamonds and she's trying to forcefully compress and crush the monster and the cores!
The monstrous girl realized what Michiyo was trying to do and she tried to escape her diamond prison by brute force alone. Like tidal waves hitting the rocks, the monster tried to force her own escape.
Michiyo was struggling in the tug of war; the monster's too much for her to compress!
"Michiyo!" What could Ranfa do at this very moment? Should she cut the whole thing up? No, judging by how quick the monster was to regenerate, it will regenerate the moment a hole was made! She stabbed both blades into the ground and she covered Michiyo's hands with her own, trying to help her close her fingers and compress the monster further.
