Chapter 3: Just a Normal School Day

The next day,

Shindou's POV:

I was walking to school by myself and was still thinking about what happened yesterday.

"What was that from yesterday?" I said in my thoughts.

Flashback:

"I will never let you break me down!" Tenma shouted and then an okamimimi like figure slightly appeared behind him.

"What was that?" I said in my thoughts as the traffic light turns green and I continued to walk. I arrived at the school and passed the gates. I continued walking to go to my classroom.

"There is no way he is-" I snapped out of my thoughts as someone tapped my shoulder. I looked behind to see who it was, it was Kirino. He has rose-pink wolf ears and tail.

"Hey Shindou," he said, "are you alright?"

"Oh, it's just you Kirino," I replied, "yeah I'm alright, just thinking about what happened yesterday."

The two of us continued walking and talked about what happened yesterday for a bit. When we arrived, Kirino and I sat down on the chairs and waited for class to start.

Tenma's POV:

I was running on my way to school when I met up with Aoi and Shinsuke near the gate, I waved at them, the three of us then went inside the school. Me, Aoi and Shinsuke went inside our classrooms, I immediately went to my desk and what shocked me was that there was some writing on it. It says,

"Worthless human!", "You don't belong here", "Mistake!", "Why do you even try?", "You will never fit in", etc.

It brought back bad memories that I never wanna remember. I just stared at it feeling a little sad about this. It feels familiar but I can't get used to it.

"What's wrong Tenma?" Shinsuke asked as she stood beside me with Aoi. I looked at them and saw their reaction, they were shocked.

"Its alright guys, I'll just wipe it off, don't worry," I said before they say anything. I reached into my bag and I realized that I left it at the manor, Aoi then handed me a piece of cloth.

"Here, use this instead," she said.

"Are you sure, Aoi?" I asked.

"Hai, it also removes writings easily, I used this to cleaned my desk every day so it's alright if you use it," she replied with a smile.

"Thanks, Aoi," I said as I smiled back at her, I then took the cloth she lent me. After I cleaned up my desk, I thanked her again as I gave back the cloth. She smiles back. We then took our seats as the teacher comes into the classroom and starts the lessons.

Riku's POV:

I was sitting in my seat and reading my textbook. I am a third-year and in the same class as Kura while Gin is a second year. Earlier we wrote on that worthless human's desk while he was not here. I was still furious that he passed and about what coach Kudou said.

"What does he mean by 'he might be the one' he is just a useless and weak human, " I said in my thoughts as I gripped my textbook, slightly crumpling the side of it. After class is over, Kura and I packed our stuff and went to the place where the three of us meet, it's the rooftop. When the two of us arrived, Gin was already there.
