Talent is natural gift or hidden treasure god give for you.Talent is inside you,you got talent while you are born.You can't to refuse your talent but you just pull your talent to out of from inside you.However hard work is really different with talent,even you want to have some skill you should to build not to seek inside you.
So,why does hard work beats talent.This two reason how come this happen?
1)You can measure your hard work
While you are wake up in the morning and you are decide to more work hard today,you can measure it,maybe increase your time to study one or two hours or more practise and do over and over again.But you can't to decide to more talent today your talent doesn't can to work hard ,you can't to measure your talent you just improve your talent and more practice again.
2.Talent can lost but hard work can rebuild again
Sometimes someone who have talent they are easily to belittle or procratinate to increase and improve their talent cause they are believe they can to reach their dream without try very hard. Someone have talent but they are ignore and never to improve their talent,their talent will be lost like a knife that has never been sharpened and used it will be blunt and rusty but its different between work hard,you can rebuild again your desire to work hard and work hard never go from you while you have desire.
All right that's two reason why does hard work beats talent this all reason from my perspective and my mind.Anyway even though you have talent or not i always believe hard work is key for you way to reach your dream.When you are have talent but you never improve or just ignore them,your talent will be lost but hard work never goes from you.
