"On a scale of one to ten how important is this job?" Tyler pulled her bag up on her shoulder.
"Like a -2." I answered.
"We could leave and no one would notice." Tyler laughed.
"Shut up Tyler." Max responded, flipping her hair over her shoulder.
"This is stupid." I mumbled.
"I don't care if you think it's stupid, Dad wants us to follow these guys so we're going to follow these guys." Max grabbed us each by a clump of our hair, pulling us towards her. "Ace you're on the younger one, I'm on the older one, and Tyler I don't even know why you're here."
"Neither do I." Tyler responded.
"Maisie, Talia, and Astrid?" The lady behind the counter asked.
"Yeah, that's us."
"Oh apple over cherry any day." I leaned into the front seat of the impala while we waited for Sam.
"Cherry over all." Dean argued.
"No way, pumpkin over all."
"Ace, if you think pumpkin is top you obviously don't know your basics on pie." He sighed.
Sam got in the car with a sigh.
"So?" Dean asked, expectantly.
"I think she's telling the truth. I mean, the way she talked about being there mentally, but not physically. Kinda sounds like demonic possession to me." Sam explained.
"Kinda?"
"She didn't see any black smoke or smell sulfur." Sam sighed.
"Maybe it's not a demon, I mean kids can be vicious." Dean added.
"Me and my sisters used to stab each other to wake each other up in the morning." I shrugged.
"You guys horrify me." Dean cringed.
Sam looked at me wide eyed, waiting for me to say just kidding or something.
I'm not.
If you think an alarm clock is bad, try getting stabbed in the stomach as someone screams wake up in your ear. Or try being asleep and having one sister hold your arm to the wall and the other stab through your arm to the wall. Appreciate your alarm clock is all I'm saying.
"Um, uh anyway," Sam tried to continue. "Since we're already here, I think we should check out the school."
"Right the school." Dean laughed. "Truman High, home of the bombers."
"What's your point?" Sam asked.
"We went there for like a month a million years ago. Why are you so jazzed to go back?"
"I'm not, I just think it's worth looking into." Sam shrugged.
"Wait. I think I went there when I was a kid. Yeah I made out with this guy who was a horrible, and I mean, horrible kisser, like I don't think he even kissed a pillow before- oh my fucking god." I stopped. "Oh my god."
"What?" They asked.
I started laughing really hard, to the point where I couldn't breath and was laying down in the back seat laughing.
"Ace what's so funny?"
"What year did you guys go there?" I finally caught my breath.
"Uh '97, like November. Why?" Dean asked.
