Synopsis:
The sudden slip into the ocean is almost like the building of a cough. Pressure builds inside the chest. The shock is slow and as calm as the water, yet it still buzzes the diaphragm. It waits for one breath, to steal the air which is more precious than it had been a second ago.
They all feel the same chilly awakening when they find themselves falling off the side of a cliff, with only the guide of the lighthouse flashing in the murky waters above them.
Upon surfacing, the group of strangers are surprised to find themselves pulled across time and space to an unknown location, greeted by villagers who can't decide if the group's members are a gift from God, or from the Devil.
