White Secrets: Miscellaneous

So, as previously mentioned, I have a new idea for a book. Would people rather:

A) I finish writing Uprise first before beginning to publish it. I am halfway through the writing of the book but only a quarter of the way through publishing it.

B) I release the application once I'm done writing Uprise?

If I'm going to do it, now is the time because exams are going to come quicker than I am expecting. Please comment your thoughts inline! Normally I would just wait but I'm a ahead on Uprise and I'm trying to save my boredom. I'm also just worried that two books by me that are apply fics is more than anyone wants.
