"Coles." She said and Aaron twitched again because he calls me Coles. I smiled at her and she came in for a hug.

"Carefully, Alyson."

"Al, oh my god, it's been so long. I missed ya."

"Me too, Coles. By the way, I heard the thing you spoke. It was so fun-tastic." She pulled back and then came Cal.

"You scared me, Lemon." I smiled.

"What happened?" I got up and Soph helped me.

"Blackout."

"Oh."

I tried to stand up. Keyword: tried.

"Don't you dare to! You're going home. I told you to not come."

"Caleb Noah Brown. Shut up before I kick you out." Soph threatened him and he was shut. I laughed at this and he just stood there pouting. After a while, every one of us joined laughing and laughter echoed.

After the laughter had died down, I tried to stand again and this time, I succeeded.

"Lemon-" But he shut up cause Soph was glaring at him.

"Soph, why didn't we know you earlier? You're practically the only person besides Dan and Will that Cal listens to."

"You don't know it still. He agrees to everything she says too. I think that something is going on between these two sometimes."

And both glared at me. "What?" I asked innocently. I held my crutches and saw the time. Nine.

"Oh, the first period is already halfway done. By the way, how did you guys get permission to be here? Cal is here because he is my brother. But what about you guys?"

"I was allowed because I am your best friend." Soph shrugged. Then I looked at others and they were smiling sheepishly.

"Why do I think you did something?"

Aaron started first, "I said my imaginary sister's water broke."

"Told that my mother fell down the stairs," Niles said.

"I said that my brother slipped." Wilson.
"I said that I have been called to the hospital."

Then I looked at Al, she is the craziest person I had ever known. And trust me when I say that she is the evilest person and the most creative person ever.

"Said my little sister scrapped her knee and then came to know that there's a thief breaking in their house and mom and dad are out on a trip and the only person she relies on is me."

"Creative as ever, Al." Everyone chuckled at that even Aaron.

"Come on, Al," Soph exclaimed.

"Yeah, just a minute." She put everything in her locker and we went into the cafeteria.

"You've got so much to know."

"Okay first tell me, do you still like Niles?"

And I felt a blush creep up my neck.

"Yeah." She smirked.

"Why did you come back?"

"When I went, you know that my father had to move with me. And there in California, before one month, he got promoted and was allowed to work from wherever he wants. So we decided that we should come back."

"New friends?"

"Yeah. One. His name is Everest Chapman. He's super funny and he's going to be here next week. I will make you guys meet him."

"Meet who?" Lauren asked as we sat down.

"Everest Chapman. My best friend from Cali." Out of the corner of my eye, I saw Aaron lift his head and jealousy in his eyes.

"Oo."

"He is coming all way from California to Agloe to meet you. Special friend, huh?"

"No! But he is super funny. And he loves to play the guitar. You should hear him. He's good."

Aaron probably got angry and got off his chair and ran off in another direction. Alyson just stared at the path he had taken.

"Hey, Alyson, can I ask you something if you don't mind?" Will asked. Al nodded.

"Do you still like him?" I didn't wait for that answer and rushed behind Aaron.

I found him in the bleachers.

"Hey." He looked up and damn did he look furious.

"What the hell is her problem, Coles? First, she comes and helps you to the nurse room. And she called you Coles. Just like I do. And then she is at our table. Understandably, she would be sitting at our table but she comes and talk about Everest Chapman. Everest Chapman. Just look at his name. Everest. Looks like his parents were mountaineers and named him after a mountain range. He must be the tallest. Well, sorry what a disappointment. And Chapman. He won't be the tallest so he would be a chap and a man. Oh no maybe he would be a chapter's man. Yeah, how funny is that, did you see that. And he is funny too, Alyson said that herself. And he plays the guitar. He would play Everest. Yeah, right bullshit." I tried to control the laughter. He actually ranted bout his name. Oh god. And then I saw his eyes widening. I looked back and saw Al.

"Al."

"You know what Aaron, he is funny and you can never be him because he helped me through the shit you put me into. He is not like you at least. Playing with someone's feelings just because you want to win a fucking bet. And he is funny and you are jealous because you can never be as funny as him. I thought that you would actually be better and would have left that player stuff you had but no, you're just like that. And at least Everest doesn't make fake promises." She said. And turned. But before she was out of sight, she shouted, "And Everest is not a range, it is a mountain. And Coles is so good that she is still with you. And don't ever talk about my best friend. He is way too good to be even mentioned by you." And then she fled. Our group came. And saw everything.

Aaron punched the benches furiously. "Aaron."

"Aaron stop it."

"Aaron stop it. Punching won't help it." I screamed. And he stopped. And started crying. I patted his shoulder. "I am sorry."

And Soph and I took off in the direction Al went.

Hey guys. How was the chap? And what do you think about Alyson? Oh, and Aaron storming off? Okay, and I know Agloe is not a real place but just pretend that it is on the other side of the part where California is, i.e., the Eastern coast. I don't really know where but just imagine that.
